Buffer overflow in the XML parser in Mozilla Firefox before 38.0, Firefox ESR 31.x before 31.7, and Thunderbird before 31.7 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by providing a large amount of compressed XML data, a related issue to CVE-2015-1283.
CVE-2018-5819 | 3 Debian, Libraw, Redhat | 4 Debian Linux, Libraw, Ansible Tower and 1 more | 2024-09-17 | N/A |
An error within the "parse_sinar_ia()" function (internal/dcraw_common.cpp) within LibRaw versions prior to 0.19.1 can be exploited to exhaust available CPU resources.
CVE-2019-1559 | 13 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 10 more | 91 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Big-ip Access Policy Manager and 88 more | 2024-09-17 | 5.9 Medium |
If an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSL_shutdown() twice (once to send a close_notify, and once to receive one) then OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. If the application then behaves differently based on that in a way that is detectable to the remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Stitched ciphersuites are optimised implementations of certain commonly used ciphersuites. Also the application must call SSL_shutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2r (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2q).
CVE-2018-1101 | 1 Redhat | 3 Ansible Tower, Cloudforms, Cloudforms Managementengine | 2024-09-17 | N/A |
Ansible Tower before version 3.2.4 has a flaw in the management of system and organization administrators that allows for privilege escalation. The package mathjs before 7.5.1 are vulnerable to Prototype Pollution via the deepExtend function that runs upon configuration updates.
CVE-2018-1104 | 1 Redhat | 3 Ansible Tower, Cloudforms, Cloudforms Managementengine | 2024-09-16 | N/A |
Ansible Tower through version 3.2.3 has a vulnerability that allows users only with access to define variables for a job template to execute arbitrary code on the Tower server.
CVE-2020-7720 | 2 Digitalbazaar, Redhat | 3 Forge, Ansible Tower, Openshift Container Storage | 2024-09-16 | 9.8 Critical |
The package node-forge before 0.10.0 is vulnerable to Prototype Pollution via the util.setPath function. Note: Version 0.10.0 is a breaking change removing the vulnerable functions.
CVE-2022-3248 | 1 Redhat | 6 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes, Ansible Automation Platform and 3 more | 2024-08-29 | 4.4 Medium |
A flaw was found in OpenShift API, as admission checks do not enforce "custom-host" permissions. This issue could allow an attacker to violate the boundaries, as permissions will not be applied.
CVE-2015-9262 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Redhat and 1 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Ansible Tower and 5 more | 2024-08-06 | N/A |
_XcursorThemeInherits in library.c in libXcursor before 1.1.15 allows remote attackers to cause denial of service or potentially code execution via a one-byte heap overflow.
CVE-2015-8035 | 5 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 10 Iphone Os, Mac Os X, Tvos and 7 more | 2024-08-06 | N/A |
The xz_decomp function in xzlib.c in libxml2 2.9.1 does not properly detect compression errors, which allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (process hang) via crafted XML data.
CVE-2016-10739 | 3 Gnu, Opensuse, Redhat | 4 Glibc, Leap, Ansible Tower and 1 more | 2024-08-06 | N/A |
In the GNU C Library (aka glibc or libc6) through 2.28, the getaddrinfo function would successfully parse a string that contained an IPv4 address followed by whitespace and arbitrary characters, which could lead applications to incorrectly assume that it had parsed a valid string, without the possibility of embedded HTTP headers or other potentially dangerous substrings.
CVE-2016-7070 | 1 Redhat | 1 Ansible Tower | 2024-08-06 | N/A |
A privilege escalation flaw was found in the Ansible Tower. When Tower before 3.0.3 deploys a PostgreSQL database, it incorrectly configures the trust level of postgres user. An attacker could use this vulnerability to gain admin level access to the database.
CVE-2016-5131 | 8 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 5 more | 18 Iphone Os, Mac Os X, Tvos and 15 more | 2024-08-06 | N/A |
Use-after-free vulnerability in libxml2 through 2.9.4, as used in Google Chrome before 52.0.2743.82, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service or possibly have unspecified other impact via vectors related to the XPointer range-to function.
