The credential is recorded in plaintext in the installer log, the Application Event Log, and the process command line, all of which are readable by an authenticated local user on the workstation. |

| HTML::FormHandler versions before 0.410002 for Perl render some error messages into HTML without escaping.
The Table form layout and the Bootstrap 2 and 3 wrappers splice each error string straight into the surrounding markup. Version 0.410000, the fix for CVE-2026-19872, escaped the equivalent values in the other layouts and wrappers, and 0.410002 extended that to these three.
Error messages that contain attacker-influenced content such as rejected field values could embed JavaScript in rendered pages. |

| The Spring Boot language server logs the raw value of the https_proxy/HTTPS_PROXY/http_proxy/HTTP_PROXY environment variable at INFO level whenever it creates an outbound HTTP client and no explicit http.proxy workspace setting is configured. Corporate proxy URLs frequently embed Basic-auth credentials in the form http://user:pass@proxy:8080, and the language server writes this value to its log file without any redaction. Since language server log files are often attached to bug reports or are readable by other local users/processes, this can result in disclosure of proxy credentials.

| When ranges are used for access control (i.e. of the form 1.2.3.4-1.2.3.25), because NSD wrongly compares the IP address with the range on little endian systems, IPs that were meant to be allowed may be denied, and, IPs that were meant to be denied access could be allowed. An IPv4 address is compared with IPv4 ranges as unsigned 32 bit numbers directly with the endianness of the host, but the values to compare are in network byte order (big-endian). With IPv6 addresses the comparison is done in 4 times a unsigned 32 bit number comparison, again with the endianness of the host where all values are actually in network bye order. |
