MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.17.2 and 1.18.x before 1.18.3 allows unbounded recursion via an ASN.1-encoded Kerberos message because the lib/krb5/asn.1/asn1_encode.c support for BER indefinite lengths lacks a recursion limit.
CVE-2020-28052 | 4 Apache, Bouncycastle, Oracle and 1 more | 26 Karaf, Legion-of-the-bouncy-castle-java-crytography-api, Banking Corporate Lending Process Management and 23 more | 2024-08-04 | 8.1 High |
An issue was discovered in Legion of the Bouncy Castle BC Java 1.65 and 1.66. The OpenBSDBCrypt.checkPassword utility method compared incorrect data when checking the password, allowing incorrect passwords to indicate they were matching with previously hashed ones that were different.
CVE-2020-27216 | 7 Apache, Debian, Eclipse and 4 more | 24 Beam, Debian Linux, Jetty and 21 more | 2024-08-04 | 7.0 High |
In Eclipse Jetty versions 1.0 thru 9.4.32.v20200930, 10.0.0.alpha1 thru 10.0.0.beta2, and 11.0.0.alpha1 thru 11.0.0.beta2O, on Unix like systems, the system's temporary directory is shared between all users on that system. A collocated user can observe the process of creating a temporary sub directory in the shared temporary directory and race to complete the creation of the temporary subdirectory. If the attacker wins the race then they will have read and write permission to the subdirectory used to unpack web applications, including their WEB-INF/lib jar files and JSP files. If any code is ever executed out of this temporary directory, this can lead to a local privilege escalation vulnerability.
CVE-2020-27218 | 6 Apache, Debian, Eclipse and 3 more | 23 Kafka, Spark, Debian Linux and 20 more | 2024-08-04 | 4.8 Medium |
In Eclipse Jetty version 9.4.0.RC0 to 9.4.34.v20201102, 10.0.0.alpha0 to 10.0.0.beta2, and 11.0.0.alpha0 to 11.0.0.beta2, if GZIP request body inflation is enabled and requests from different clients are multiplexed onto a single connection, and if an attacker can send a request with a body that is received entirely but not consumed by the application, then a subsequent request on the same connection will see that body prepended to its body. The attacker will not see any data but may inject data into the body of the subsequent request.
CVE-2020-25649 | 7 Apache, Fasterxml, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 50 Iotdb, Jackson-databind, Fedora and 47 more | 2024-08-04 | 7.5 High |

CVE-2020-17530 | 2 Apache, Oracle | 8 Struts, Business Intelligence, Communications Diameter Intelligence Hub and 5 more | 2024-08-04 | 9.8 Critical |
Forced OGNL evaluation, when evaluated on raw user input in tag attributes, may lead to remote code execution. Affected software : Apache Struts 2.0.0 - Struts 2.5.25.
CVE-2020-10878 | 6 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Opensuse and 3 more | 22 Fedora, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Snap Creator Framework and 19 more | 2024-08-04 | 8.6 High |
Perl before 5.30.3 has an integer overflow related to mishandling of a "PL_regkind[OP(n)] == NOTHING" situation. A crafted regular expression could lead to malformed bytecode with a possibility of instruction injection.
CVE-2020-10543 | 5 Fedoraproject, Opensuse, Oracle and 2 more | 20 Fedora, Leap, Communications Billing And Revenue Management and 17 more | 2024-08-04 | 8.2 High |
Perl before 5.30.3 on 32-bit platforms allows a heap-based buffer overflow because nested regular expression quantifiers have an integer overflow.
CVE-2020-8908 | 5 Google, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more | 20 Guava, Active Iq Unified Manager, Commerce Guided Search and 17 more | 2024-08-04 | 3.3 Low |
A temp directory creation vulnerability exists in all versions of Guava, allowing an attacker with access to the machine to potentially access data in a temporary directory created by the Guava API com.google.common.io.Files.createTempDir(). By default, on unix-like systems, the created directory is world-readable (readable by an attacker with access to the system). The method in question has been marked @Deprecated in versions 30.0 and later and should not be used. For Android developers, we recommend choosing a temporary directory API provided by Android, such as context.getCacheDir(). For other Java developers, we recommend migrating to the Java 7 API java.nio.file.Files.createTempDirectory() which explicitly configures permissions of 700, or configuring the Java runtime's java.io.tmpdir system property to point to a location whose permissions are appropriately configured.
CVE-2020-6950 | 3 Eclipse, Oracle, Redhat | 14 Mojarra, Banking Enterprise Default Management, Banking Platform and 11 more | 2024-08-04 | 6.5 Medium |
Directory traversal in Eclipse Mojarra before 2.3.14 allows attackers to read arbitrary files via the loc parameter or con parameter.
CVE-2020-5258 | 3 Debian, Linuxfoundation, Oracle | 10 Debian Linux, Dojo, Communications Application Session Controller and 7 more | 2024-08-04 | 7.7 High |
In affected versions of dojo (NPM package), the deepCopy method is vulnerable to Prototype Pollution. Prototype Pollution refers to the ability to inject properties into existing JavaScript language construct prototypes, such as objects. An attacker manipulates these attributes to overwrite, or pollute, a JavaScript application object prototype of the base object by injecting other values. This has been patched in versions 1.12.8, 1.13.7, 1.14.6, 1.15.3 and 1.16.2
CVE-2021-45105 | 6 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 3 more | 131 Log4j, Debian Linux, Cloud Manager and 128 more | 2024-08-04 | 5.9 Medium |
Apache Log4j2 versions 2.0-alpha1 through 2.16.0 (excluding 2.12.3 and 2.3.1) did not protect from uncontrolled recursion from self-referential lookups. This allows an attacker with control over Thread Context Map data to cause a denial of service when a crafted string is interpreted. This issue was fixed in Log4j 2.17.0, 2.12.3, and 2.3.1.
CVE-2021-33037 | 5 Apache, Debian, Mcafee and 2 more | 25 Tomcat, Tomee, Debian Linux and 22 more | 2024-08-03 | 5.3 Medium |
Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.6, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.46 and 8.5.0 to 8.5.66 did not correctly parse the HTTP transfer-encoding request header in some circumstances leading to the possibility to request smuggling when used with a reverse proxy. Specifically: - Tomcat incorrectly ignored the transfer encoding header if the client declared it would only accept an HTTP/1.0 response; - Tomcat honoured the identify encoding; and - Tomcat did not ensure that, if present, the chunked encoding was the final encoding.
CVE-2021-30640 | 4 Apache, Debian, Oracle and 1 more | 10 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Communications Cloud Native Core Policy and 7 more | 2024-08-03 | 6.5 Medium |
A vulnerability in the JNDI Realm of Apache Tomcat allows an attacker to authenticate using variations of a valid user name and/or to bypass some of the protection provided by the LockOut Realm. This issue affects Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.5; 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.45; 8.5.0 to 8.5.65.
CVE-2021-29425 | 5 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 2 more | 69 Commons Io, Debian Linux, Active Iq Unified Manager and 66 more | 2024-08-03 | 4.8 Medium |
In Apache Commons IO before 2.7, When invoking the method FileNameUtils.normalize with an improper input string, like "//../foo", or "\\..\foo", the result would be the same value, thus possibly providing access to files in the parent directory, but not further above (thus "limited" path traversal), if the calling code would use the result to construct a path value.
CVE-2021-21275 | 2 Oracle, Report Project | 3 Communications Cloud Native Core Network Slice Selection Function, Communications Pricing Design Center, Report | 2024-08-03 | 5.3 Medium |
The MediaWiki "Report" extension has a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability. Before fixed version, there was no protection against CSRF checks on Special:Report, so requests to report a revision could be forged. The problem has been fixed in commit f828dc6 by making use of MediaWiki edit tokens.
CVE-2021-3177 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 12 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 9 more | 2024-08-03 | 9.8 Critical |
Python 3.x through 3.9.1 has a buffer overflow in PyCArg_repr in _ctypes/callproc.c, which may lead to remote code execution in certain Python applications that accept floating-point numbers as untrusted input, as demonstrated by a 1e300 argument to c_double.from_param. This occurs because sprintf is used unsafely. |
