CVSS v3.1 |
| An unauthenticated remote peer can crash any NIOWebSocket-based server (including Vapor and Hummingbird) with a single 11-byte frame sent after a completed WebSocket handshake, dropping all active connections until the process restarts. This vulnerability is addressed in swift-nio version 2.101.0. |
| A flaw was found in the multicloud-operators-subscription component. This vulnerability allows a tenant, who has the ability to create HelmRelease custom resources (CRs), to bypass existing security controls. The system's HelmRelease controller processes Helm chart templates using its own elevated ServiceAccount privileges without proper validation. This enables the tenant to deploy arbitrary resources across the entire cluster, leading to a significant security compromise. |
| Improper input validation in Microsoft Office Word allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. |
| The customer update route in EverShop is declared with "access": "public" in packages/evershop/src/modules/customer/api/updateCustomer/route.json, which causes the admin authentication middleware to call next() without checking the caller, and no customer-session middleware guards the route; the only middleware in the chain parses the JSON body. The handler in updateCustomer.js then loads the customer by the uuid taken from the URL path and writes the supplied fields back to that record, hashing a password if one is provided, without verifying that the caller owns the record. An unauthenticated request carrying a known customer uuid can therefore overwrite that customer's email address and password and read back the updated record from the 200 response, taking over the account and locking out its owner. Customer uuids are exposed through order confirmation email links and administrative URLs. Version 2.2.1 changes the route to "access": "private". |
| Software installed and run as a non-privileged user may conduct improper GPU system calls to pass invalid log2 page size when allocating physical pages leading to OOB read and/or write due to improper validation of the said value.
Such crafted log2 page size could lead to 4K pages being treated as higher order pages and allowing read and/or write access to the memory beyond 4K threshold. |
| Software installed and run as a non-privileged user may conduct GPU system calls which cause GPU memory leaks and possible kernel heap corruption.
Scenario caused by memory free paths not maintaining state data of upgraded higher order allocations. This could cause memory leak or double free event. |
| Remote Utilities Host <=7.7.3.0 sets insecure ACLs on all DLL files in the installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Host\), granting FULL CONTROL (F) to the built-in Everyone group (BUILTIN\Everyone, S-1-1-0). A Windows service running as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM loads DLLs from this directory. The DLLs are file-locked at runtime, but a race window exists when the service is stopped (e.g. during a software update or following a crash), during which a local unprivileged attacker can replace a DLL with a malicious payload. Upon service restart, the payload executes as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The DLL confirmed as actively loaded during testing is libasset32.dll. Additional DLLs in the same directory (eventmsg.dll, libcodec32.dll, vp8encoder.dll, vp8decoder.dll, webmvorbisdecoder.dll, webmvorbisencoder.dll, webmmux.dll) share identical insecure permissions. |
| A flaw was found in Ceph RGW's STS (Security Token Service) session token implementation. The STS tokens use the same unauthenticated AES-128-CBC encryption as CephX, which lacks message authentication and uses a hardcoded initialization vector. Because there is no integrity protection on the tokens, an attacker who holds any valid unprivileged STS token can perform a CBC bit-flip attack to modify the token contents and escalate to full RGW admin privileges. This requires only that STS is enabled (rgw_s3_auth_use_sts = true) and that the attacker has a single valid STS token. Successful exploitation grants complete control over the RGW service, including reading, writing, and deleting all objects and buckets. |
| A flaw was found in Ceph RGW's SigV4 signature verification handler. When processing S3 requests, RGW verifies only the headers explicitly listed in the X-Amz-SignedHeaders field but does not reject requests that carry additional unsigned x-amz-* headers. This diverges from the AWS S3 specification, which requires all x-amz-* headers to be signed. As a result, anyone holding a presigned PUT URL can attach arbitrary unsigned x-amz-* headers that RGW will honor, effectively escalating their privileges beyond what the original URL signer authorized. This can lead to unauthorized access to and modification of S3 objects. |
| IBM Db2 Mirror for i 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to bypass security restrictions due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an SQL command. |
| IBM Db2 Mirror for i 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to delete arbitrary files due to path traversal. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle WebCenter Portal product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Runtime Tools). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebCenter Portal. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebCenter Portal. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle WebCenter Portal, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle WebCenter Portal accessible data as well as unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle WebCenter Portal accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.7 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:N). |
| SiYuan before v3.7.4 fails to validate the packageName parameter in Bazaar install and uninstall endpoints, allowing authenticated administrators to perform path traversal via directory traversal sequences. Attackers with admin access can write arbitrary files to any location via install operations or recursively delete directories via uninstall operations by supplying crafted packageName values. |
| IBM Db2 Mirror for i 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information due to improper limitation of a pathname to a restricted directory. |
| openssl_encrypt (pip) versions <= 1.4.7 contain an information exposure vulnerability where the 'hsm fido2-test' and 'hsm onlykey-test' diagnostic commands unconditionally print the full derived hardware pepper as hex to stdout/stderr (crypt_cli.py, handle_hsm_command). The printed value can persist in terminal scrollback, session recordings, or CI logs. Impact is limited because the pepper is derived from a random per-invocation test salt and is salt-bound, so the leaked value cannot be used to decrypt real files. A related plugin issue logged raw prf_data outside the secret-redaction path. Fixed in 1.4.8 (and 1.5.0) by removing the hex dumps and routing plugin debug output through the redaction layer. |
| openssl_encrypt versions before 1.4.6 contain a key derivation flaw in sequential XOR composition mode where the last stage cancels out during key generation. When configured with a single KDF and no prior hashing stage, attackers can bypass memory-hard key derivation and perform offline password cracking at SHA-256 speed instead of the configured KDF cost. |
| openssl_encrypt versions before 1.4.0 contain an arbitrary code execution vulnerability in the Whirlpool hash implementation that uses broad glob patterns to load .so modules without integrity verification. Attackers can place malicious .so files matching the whirlpool*py313*.so pattern in site-packages directories to achieve native code execution when the module is loaded. |
| openssl_encrypt versions before 1.4.0 expose passwords passed via the --password CLI argument in process listings accessible to all system users. Attackers can read process arguments through ps aux or /proc/[pid]/cmdline to retrieve plaintext passwords and keystore passwords. |
