CVSS v3.1 |
| Sandboxie is a sandbox-based isolation software for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows NT-based operating systems. Starting in version 1.3.0 and prior to 1.15.12, API_GET_SECURE_PARAM has an arithmetic overflow leading to a small memory allocation and then a extremely large copy into the small allocation. Version 1.15.12 fixes the issue. |
| Sandboxie is a sandbox-based isolation software for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows NT-based operating systems. Starting in version 0.0.1 and prior to 1.15.12, API_SET_SECURE_PARAM may have an arithmetic overflow deep in the memory allocation subsystem that would lead to a smaller allocation than requested, and a buffer overflow. Version 1.15.12 fixes the issue. |
| 2FAuth is a web app to manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) accounts and generate their security codes. Two interconnected vulnerabilities exist in version 5.4.1 a SSRF and URI validation bypass issue. The endpoint at POST /api/v1/twofaccounts/preview allows setting a remote URI to retrieve the image of a 2fa site. By abusing this functionality, it is possible to force the application to make a GET request to an arbitrary URL, whose content will be stored in an image file in the server if it looks like an image. Additionally, the library does some basic validation on the URI, attempting to filter our URIs which do not have an image extension. However, this can be easily bypassed by appending the string `#.svg` to the URI. The combination of these two issues allows an attacker to retrieve URIs accessible from the application, as long as their content type is text based. If not, the request is still sent, but the response is not reflected to the attacker. Version 5.4.1 fixes the issues. |
| IBM Data Virtualization Manager for z/OS 1.1 and 1.2 could allow an authenticated user to inject malicious JDBC URL parameters and execute code on the server. |
| A Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Code Astro Internet banking system 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript on the admin page (pages_account), potentially leading to unauthorized actions such as changing account settings or stealing sensitive user information. This vulnerability occurs due to improper validation of user requests, which enables attackers to exploit the system by tricking the admin user into executing malicious scripts. |
| FreshRSS is a free, self-hostable RSS aggregator. In versions 1.26.1 and below, an authenticated administrator user can execute arbitrary code on the FreshRSS server by modifying the update URL to one they control, and gain code execution after running an update. After successfully executing code, user data including hashed passwords can be exfiltrated, the instance can be defaced when file permissions allow. Malicious code can be inserted into the instance to steal plaintext passwords, among others. This is fixed in version 1.26.2. |
| A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco SD-WAN Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to create or overwrite arbitrary files on an affected device, which could result in a denial of service (DoS) condition.
The vulnerability is due to insufficient input validation for specific commands. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by including crafted arguments to those specific commands. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to create or overwrite arbitrary files on the affected device, which could result in a DoS condition.Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability. |
| A vulnerability in system file transfer functions of Cisco SD-WAN vManage Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to gain escalated privileges on the underlying operating system.
The vulnerability is due to improper validation of path input to the system file transfer functions. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending requests that contain specially crafted path variables to the vulnerable system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to overwrite arbitrary files, allowing the attacker to modify the system in such a way that could allow the attacker to gain escalated privileges.Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability. |
| A vulnerability in the application data endpoints of Cisco SD-WAN vManage Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability is due to improper validation of directory traversal character sequences within requests to application programmatic interfaces (APIs). An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending malicious requests to an API within the affected application. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to conduct directory traversal attacks and gain access to sensitive information including credentials or user tokens.Cisco has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability. |
| A memory corruption vulnerability in HddPassword in Insyde InsydeH2O kernel 5.2 before 05.29.09, kernel 5.3 before 05.38.09, kernel 5.4 before 05.46.09, kernel 5.5 before 05.54.09, and kernel 5.6 before 05.61.09 could lead to escalating privileges in SMM. |
| There exists a code execution vulnerability in the Car App Android Jetpack Library. CarAppService uses deserialization logic that allows construction of arbitrary java classes. This can lead to arbitrary code execution when combined with specific Java deserialization gadgets. An attacker needs to install a malicious application on victims device to be able to attack any application that uses vulnerable library. We recommend upgrading the library past version 1.7.0-beta02. |
| Prior to version 25.4.270.0, a local authenticated attacker can manipulate user profile files to add illegitimate challenge response codes into the local user registry under certain conditions. This allows users with the ability to edit their user profile files to elevate their privileges to administrator. |
| The Ultimate WP Mail plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation due to improper authorization within the get_email_log_details() AJAX handler in versions 1.0.17 to 1.3.6. The handler reads the client-supplied post_id and retrieves the corresponding email log post content (including the password-reset link), relying only on the ‘edit_posts’ capability without restricting to administrators or validating ownership. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to harvest an admin’s reset link and elevate their privileges to administrator. |
| The Friends plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in version 3.5.1 via deserialization of untrusted input of the query_vars parameter This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present. This requires access to the sites SALT_NONCE and and SALT_KEY to exploit. |
| A Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) vulnerability was discovered in the huggingface/transformers repository, specifically in version 4.49.0. The vulnerability is due to inefficient regular expression complexity in the `SETTING_RE` variable within the `transformers/commands/chat.py` file. The regex contains repetition groups and non-optimized quantifiers, leading to exponential backtracking when processing 'almost matching' payloads. This can degrade application performance and potentially result in a denial-of-service (DoS) when handling specially crafted input strings. The issue is fixed in version 4.51.0. |
| A vulnerability was found in TOTOLINK A3002R and A3002RU 3.0.0-B20230809.1615/4.0.0-B20230531.1404. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /boafrm/formTmultiAP of the component HTTP POST Request Handler. The manipulation of the argument submit-url leads to buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Dify is an open-source LLM app development platform. Prior to version 0.6.12, a normal user is able to access and modify APP orchestration, even though the web UI of APP orchestration is not presented for a normal user. This access control flaw allows non-admin users to make unauthorized access and changes on the APPSs. This issue has been patched in version 0.6.12. A workaround for this vulnerability involves updating the the access control mechanisms to enforce stricter user role permissions and implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure that only users with admin privileges can access Orchestration of the APPs. |
| cpp-httplib is a C++ header-only HTTP/HTTPS server and client library. Prior to version 0.20.1, the library fails to enforce configured size limits on incoming request bodies when `Transfer-Encoding: chunked` is used or when no `Content-Length` header is provided. A remote attacker can send a chunked request without the terminating zero-length chunk, causing uncontrolled memory allocation on the server. This leads to potential exhaustion of system memory and results in a server crash or unresponsiveness. Version 0.20.1 fixes the issue by enforcing limits during parsing. If the limit is exceeded at any point during reading, the connection is terminated immediately. A short-term workaround through a Reverse Proxy is available. If updating the library immediately is not feasible, deploy a reverse proxy (e.g., Nginx, HAProxy) in front of the `cpp-httplib` application. Configure the proxy to enforce maximum request body size limits, thereby stopping excessively large requests before they reach the vulnerable library code. |
| A Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) vulnerability was identified in the huggingface/transformers library, specifically in the file tokenization_nougat_fast.py. The vulnerability occurs in the post_process_single() function, where a regular expression processes specially crafted input. The issue stems from the regex exhibiting exponential time complexity under certain conditions, leading to excessive backtracking. This can result in significantly high CPU usage and potential application downtime, effectively creating a Denial of Service (DoS) scenario. The affected version is v4.46.3 (latest). |
| A vulnerability in Cisco Intelligent Node (iNode) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to hijack the TLS connection between Cisco iNode Manager and associated intelligent nodes and send arbitrary traffic to an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to the presence of hard-coded cryptographic material. An attacker in a man-in-the-middle position between Cisco iNode Manager and associated deployed nodes could exploit this vulnerability by using the static cryptographic key to generate a trusted certificate and impersonate an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to read data that is meant for a legitimate device, modify the startup configuration of an associated node, and, consequently, cause a denial of service (DoS) condition for downstream devices that are connected to the affected node. |
