In clearAllowBgActivityStarts of PendingIntentRecord.java, there is a possible way for an application to launch an activity from the background due to BAL Bypass. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
The Biagiotti Core plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via shortcodes in versions up to, and including, 2.1.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
Netty is an asynchronous event-driven network application framework for development of maintainable high performance protocol servers and clients. In versions 4.1.124.Final, and 4.2.0.Alpha3 through 4.2.4.Final, Netty incorrectly accepts standalone newline characters (LF) as a chunk-size line terminator, regardless of a preceding carriage return (CR), instead of requiring CRLF per HTTP/1.1 standards. When combined with reverse proxies that parse LF differently (treating it as part of the chunk extension), attackers can craft requests that the proxy sees as one request but Netty processes as two, enabling request smuggling attacks. This is fixed in versions 4.1.125.Final and 4.2.5.Final. |
In handlePackagesChanged of DevicePolicyManagerService.java, there is a possible DoS of a device admin due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
