CVSS v3.1 |
| SuiteCRM is an open-source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application. In versions prior to 7.14.4 and 8.6.1, a user password can be reset from an unauthenticated attacker. The attacker does not get access to the new password. But this can be annoying for the user. This attack is also dependent on some password reset functionalities being enabled. It also requires the system using php 7, which is not an officially supported version. Versions 7.14.4 and 8.6.1 contain a fix for this issue. |
| Kanboard is project management software that focuses on the Kanban methodology. The vuln is in app/Controller/ProjectPermissionController.php function addUser(). The users permission to add users to a project only get checked on the URL parameter project_id. If the user is authorized to add users to this project the request gets processed. The users permission for the POST BODY parameter project_id does not get checked again while processing. An attacker with the 'Project Manager' on a single project may take over any other project. The vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.37. |
| Mattermost Desktop App versions <=5.7.0 fail to disable certain Electron debug flags which allows for bypassing TCC restrictions on macOS. |
| On versions before 2.1.4, after a regular user successfully logs in, they can manually make a request using the authorization token to view everyone's user flink information, including executeSQL and config.
Mitigation:
all users should upgrade to 2.1.4 |
| Strapi is an open-source content management system. By combining two vulnerabilities (an `Open Redirect` and `session token sent as URL query parameter`) in @strapi/plugin-users-permissions before version 4.24.2, is its possible of an unauthenticated attacker to bypass authentication mechanisms and retrieve the 3rd party tokens. The attack requires user interaction (one click). Unauthenticated attackers can leverage two vulnerabilities to obtain an 3rd party token and the bypass authentication of Strapi apps. Users should upgrade @strapi/plugin-users-permissions to version 4.24.2 to receive a patch. |
| The LevelOne WBR-6012 router's web application has a vulnerability in its firmware version R0.40e6, allowing attackers to change the administrator password and gain higher privileges without the current password. |
| In lwis_fence_signal of lwis_debug.c, there is a possible Use after Free due to improper locking. This could lead to local escalation of privilege from hal_camera_default SELinux label with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
| Evmos is the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) Hub on the Cosmos Network. The spendable balance is not updated properly when delegating vested tokens. The issue allows a clawback vesting account to anticipate the release of unvested tokens. This vulnerability is fixed in 18.0.0. |
| Evmos is a scalable, high-throughput Proof-of-Stake EVM blockchain that is fully compatible and interoperable with Ethereum. Prior to 17.0.0, there is a way to mint arbitrary tokens due to the possibility to have two different states not in sync during the execution of a transaction. The exploit is based on the fact that to sync the Cosmos SDK state and the EVM one, we rely on the `stateDB.Commit()` method. When we call this method, we iterate though all the `dirtyStorage` and, **if and only if** it is different than the `originStorage`, we set the new state. Setting the new state means we update the Cosmos SDK KVStore. If a contract storage state that is the same before and after a transaction, but is changed during the transaction and can call an external contract after the change, it can be exploited to make the transaction similar to non-atomic. The vulnerability is **critical** since this could lead to drain of funds through creative SC interactions. The issue has been patched in versions >=V17.0.0. |
| IBM InfoSphere Information Server 11.7 could allow an authenticated user to read or modify sensitive information by bypassing authentication using insecure direct object references. IBM X-Force ID: 288182. |
| In JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.03 open redirect was possible on the login page |
| Strapi is an open-source content management system. Prior to version 4.19.1, a super admin can create a collection where an item in the collection has an association to another collection. When this happens, another user with Author Role can see the list of associated items they did not create. They should see nothing but their own items they created not all items ever created. Users should upgrade @strapi/plugin-content-manager to version 4.19.1 to receive a patch. |
| In snapd versions prior to 2.62, snapd failed to properly check the
destination of symbolic links when extracting a snap. The snap format
is a squashfs file-system image and so can contain symbolic links and
other file types. Various file entries within the snap squashfs image
(such as icons and desktop files etc) are directly read by snapd when
it is extracted. An attacker who could convince a user to install a
malicious snap which contained symbolic links at these paths could then
cause snapd to write out the contents of the symbolic link destination
into a world-readable directory. This in-turn could allow an unprivileged
user to gain access to privileged information. |
| Privileges are not fully verified server-side, which can be abused by a user with limited privileges to bypass authorization and access privileged functionality. |
| IBM Maximo Application Suite 7.6.1.3 is vulnerable to an XML External Entity Injection (XXE) attack when processing XML data. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to expose sensitive information or consume memory resources. IBM X-Force ID: 284566. |
| Exiv2 is a command-line utility and C++ library for reading, writing, deleting, and modifying the metadata of image files. A denial-of-service was found in Exiv2 version v0.28.1: an unbounded recursion can cause Exiv2 to crash by exhausting the stack. The vulnerable function, `QuickTimeVideo::multipleEntriesDecoder`, was new in v0.28.0, so Exiv2 versions before v0.28 are _not_ affected. The denial-of-service is triggered when Exiv2 is used to read the metadata of a crafted video file. This bug is fixed in version v0.28.2. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
| October is a self-hosted CMS platform based on the Laravel PHP Framework. This issue affects authenticated administrators who may be redirected to an untrusted URL using the PageFinder schema. The resolver for the page finder link schema (`october://`) allowed external links, therefore allowing an open redirect outside the scope of the active host. This vulnerability has been patched in version 3.5.15. |
| SAP NetWeaver AS Java (CAF - Guided Procedures) - version 7.50, allows an unauthenticated attacker to submit a malicious request with a crafted XML file over the network, which when parsed will enable him to access sensitive files and data but not modify them. There are expansion limits in place so that availability is not affected.

| Softaculous Webuzo contains an authentication bypass vulnerability through the password reset functionality. Remote, anonymous attackers can exploit this vulnerability to gain full server access as the root user. |
| Micronaut Framework is a modern, JVM-based, full stack Java framework designed for building modular, easily testable JVM applications with support for Java, Kotlin and the Groovy language. Enabled but unsecured management endpoints are susceptible to drive-by localhost attacks. While not typical of a production application, these attacks may have more impact on a development environment where such endpoints may be flipped on without much thought. A malicious/compromised website can make HTTP requests to `localhost`. Normally, such requests would trigger a CORS preflight check which would prevent the request; however, some requests are "simple" and do not require a preflight check. These endpoints, if enabled and not secured, are vulnerable to being triggered. Production environments typically disable unused endpoints and secure/restrict access to needed endpoints. A more likely victim is the developer in their local development host, who has enabled endpoints without security for the sake of easing development. This issue has been addressed in version 3.8.3. Users are advised to upgrade. |
