| URL redirection to untrusted site ('open redirect') vulnerability in Yordam Informatics Technology Consulting, Training, and Electronic Systems Industry and Trade Inc. Library Information and Document Automation Program allows Phishing.
This issue affects Library Information and Document Automation Program: from v22.1 before v22.2. |
| Command Center API contained an authentication bypass issue affecting privilege management. Software customers upgrade to resolved maintenance release. Update Command Center. |
| Impact:
When using Socks5ProxyAgent, undici reuses a single connection pool across different origins without verifying that the pool's origin matches the requested origin. All requests are dispatched through the pool connected to the first origin, regardless of the intended destination.
This causes cross-origin request routing: credentials and request data intended for origin B are sent to origin A, responses from the wrong origin are trusted, and HTTPS requests may be silently downgraded to HTTP.
Impacted users are applications that use Socks5ProxyAgent (directly or via setGlobalDispatcher) and make requests to more than one origin.
This was introduced in undici 7.23.0 via PR #4385 and affects all versions through 8.1.0.
Patches:
Upgrade to undici v7.26.0 or v8.2.0.
Workarounds:
Use a separate Socks5ProxyAgent instance per origin, or avoid using Socks5ProxyAgent with multiple origins. |
| attr before version 2.6.0 contains a symlink traversal vulnerability in the getfattr and setfattr utilities that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by replacing a pathname component with a symbolic link during directory hierarchy traversal. Attackers who control a pathname component can redirect getfattr and setfattr operations to arbitrary files by substituting a symlink, leading to local privilege escalation when getfattr or setfattr is invoked by a privileged process over an attacker-controlled path. |
| acl before version 2.4.0 contains a symlink traversal vulnerability in the libacl pathname-based functions acl_get_file(), acl_set_file(), acl_extended_file(), and acl_delete_def_file() that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by replacing any pathname component with a symbolic link. Attackers who control any component of a pathname processed by a privileged caller can redirect ACL read or write operations to arbitrary files or directories, enabling unauthorized manipulation of access control lists and local privilege escalation. |
| NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) is a suite of open source Python modules, data sets, and tutorials supporting research and development in Natural Language Processing. Prior to 3.10.0-rc1, nltk.data.load() in NLTK is vulnerable to path traversal via URL-encoded path separators and traversal segments when using the nltk: URL scheme. The unsafe-path regex check is performed before url2pathname() decodes the %xx sequences (a classic decode-after-check / TOCTOU-style flaw), allowing an attacker to bypass the protection documented in NLTK's SECURITY.md and read arbitrary files from the filesystem. While literal traversal strings such as ../../../etc/passwd are correctly blocked, encoded variants such as %2fetc%2fpasswd, %2e%2e%2f..., and ..%2f..%2f slip past the regex and are subsequently decoded into a real filesystem path. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.10.0-rc1. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
vfio/pci: Clean up DMABUFs before disabling function
On device shutdown, make vfio_pci_core_close_device() call
vfio_pci_dma_buf_cleanup() before the function is disabled via
vfio_pci_core_disable(). This ensures that all access via DMABUFs is
revoked before the function's BARs become inaccessible.
This fixes an issue where, if the function is disabled first, a tiny
window exists in which the function's MSE is cleared and yet BARs
could still be accessed via the DMABUF. The resources would also be
freed and up for grabs by a different driver. |
