CVE-2024-23828 1 Nginxui 1 Nginx Ui 2024-11-21 8.8 High
Nginx-UI is a web interface to manage Nginx configurations. It is vulnerable to an authenticated arbitrary command execution via CRLF attack when changing the value of test_config_cmd or start_cmd. This vulnerability exists due to an incomplete fix for CVE-2024-22197 and CVE-2024-22198. This vulnerability has been patched in version 2.0.0.beta.12.
CVE-2024-23827 1 Nginxui 1 Nginx Ui 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
Nginx-UI is a web interface to manage Nginx configurations. The Import Certificate feature allows arbitrary write into the system. The feature does not check if the provided user input is a certification/key and allows to write into arbitrary paths in the system. It's possible to leverage the vulnerability into a remote code execution overwriting the config file app.ini. Version 2.0.0.beta.12 fixed the issue.
CVE-2024-22198 1 Nginxui 1 Nginx Ui 2024-11-21 7.1 High
Nginx-UI is a web interface to manage Nginx configurations. It is vulnerable to arbitrary command execution by abusing the configuration settings. The `Home > Preference` page exposes a list of system settings such as `Run Mode`, `Jwt Secret`, `Node Secret` and `Terminal Start Command`. While the UI doesn't allow users to modify the `Terminal Start Command` setting, it is possible to do so by sending a request to the API. This issue may lead to authenticated remote code execution, privilege escalation, and information disclosure. This vulnerability has been patched in version 2.0.0.beta.9.

On NGINX Controller API Management versions 3.18.0-3.19.0, an authenticated attacker with access to the "user" or "admin" role can use undisclosed API endpoints on NGINX Controller API Management to inject JavaScript code that is executed on managed NGINX data plane instances. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.
CVE-2021-3618 5 Debian, F5, Fedoraproject and 2 more 5 Debian Linux, Nginx, Fedora and 2 more 2024-11-21 7.4 High
ALPACA is an application layer protocol content confusion attack, exploiting TLS servers implementing different protocols but using compatible certificates, such as multi-domain or wildcard certificates. A MiTM attacker having access to victim's traffic at the TCP/IP layer can redirect traffic from one subdomain to another, resulting in a valid TLS session. This breaks the authentication of TLS and cross-protocol attacks may be possible where the behavior of one protocol service may compromise the other at the application layer.
CVE-2021-23055 1 F5 1 Nginx Ingress Controller 2024-11-21 6.5 Medium
On version 2.x before 2.0.3 and 1.x before 1.12.3, the command line restriction that controls snippet use with NGINX Ingress Controller does not apply to Ingress objects. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.
