Squid is a caching proxy for the Web. In versions 6.3 and below, Squid is vulnerable to a heap buffer overflow and possible remote code execution attack when processing URN due to incorrect buffer management. This has been fixed in version 6.4. To work around this issue, disable URN access permissions. |

IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows (includes DB2 Connect Server) 11.1.0 through 11.1.4.7, 11.5.0 through 11.5.9 and 12.1.0 through 12.1.1 is vulnerable to a denial of service as the server may crash under certain conditions with a specially crafted query. |
An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in macOS Sonoma 14.7.8, macOS Ventura 13.7.8, iPadOS 17.7.10, macOS Sequoia 15.6.1, iOS 18.6.2 and iPadOS 18.6.2. Processing a malicious image file may result in memory corruption. Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals. |

spimsimulator spim v9.1.24 and before is vulnerable to Buffer Overflow in READ_STRING_SYSCALL. |
Sonos Era 300 Out-of-Bounds Write Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected Sonos Era 300 speakers. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the processing of HLS playlist data. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a write past the end of an allocated data structure. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the anacapa user. Was ZDI-CAN-25606. |
