CVSS v3.1 |
| Stored Cross-site Scripting vulnerability in ash-project ash_admin executes attacker-supplied record content as script in an administrator's browser.
The relationship typeahead components AshAdmin.Components.Resource.RelationshipField and AshAdmin.Components.Resource.ManagedRelationshipSelectField highlight the matched search term by wrapping it in <b> tags and rendering the whole string with Phoenix.HTML.raw/1. The highlighted value is the destination record's label_field, ordinary database content that is often written by lower-privileged users. Because raw/1 disables output escaping for the entire string, a stored label such as <img src=x onerror=...> runs as JavaScript in the admin's session as soon as a matching record appears in the dropdown, giving the attacker the admin's privileges over everything AshAdmin exposes. The fix HTML-escapes the label before inserting the highlight markup.
This issue affects ash_admin: from 0.13.0 before 1.3.1. |
| Generation of Error Message Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in ash-project ash_ai discloses provider request state and credentials in a user-facing validation error.
In AshAi.Changes.Vectorize, when the embedding provider call fails the change added a changeset error whose message inspected the raw error term (An error occurred while generating embeddings: #{inspect(error)}). A plain-string add_error produces an Ash.Error.Changes.InvalidChanges in the :invalid class, which AshJsonApi and AshGraphql render back to the caller. The embedding client's error term is not sanitized, so it can carry the request URL, the provider response body, and, for HTTP clients that keep the request in the error struct, the outbound Authorization header with the provider API key. Failures are attacker-reachable via oversized or malformed vectorized content. The fix logs the raw error and returns a generic message.
This issue affects ash_ai: from 0.1.0 before 1.0.0. |
| An issue in libtiff 85f2ac8e0b01cb7db2bbecf4a3b891bdbef67938 allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code via the libtiff/tools/thumbnail.c: main() component |
| An integer overflow in the libavfilter/vf_scale.c component of FFmpeg N-122528-gdd2976b9e1 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted video file. |
| A flaw was found in iperf3. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted control-channel JSON with oversized numeric parameters, such as `parallel` and `len`, which are not properly validated by the server. This improper input validation can lead to excessive stream and thread creation, as well as large buffer allocations, causing resource exhaustion. Consequently, this can result in a Denial of Service (DoS) on the affected iperf3 server. |
| Uninitialized resource in GPU in Google Chrome prior to 152.0.7977.65 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially obtain cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| Uninitialized resource in GPU in Google Chrome prior to 152.0.7977.65 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially read memory outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| Ebyte device web management interface does not consistently enforce
authentication before granting access to administrative functionality.
An unauthenticated remote attacker could access sensitive configuration
information, modify device settings, or disrupt availability. |
| An improper protection of authentication tokens vulnerability exists in
certain Ebyte gateway products. Authentication tokens used by the web
management interface are insufficiently protected during client-side
session handling, which may allow an attacker with access to exposed
session information to obtain and reuse a valid token. Successful
exploitation could allow an attacker to impersonate an authenticated
user and gain unauthorized access to device management functionality. |
| The Ebyte device does not adequately verify the origin or authenticity of
requests submitted to the web management interface. An unauthenticated
remote attacker could persuade an authenticated administrator to visit a
crafted page, causing unauthorized configuration changes or a
disruption of device availability. |
| The affected Ebyte device does not restrict repeated authentication
attempts through rate limiting or account lockout mechanisms. This could
allow an attacker to perform automated authentication attacks against
deployments that rely on password based authentication. |
| Improper input validation in FindInPage in Google Chrome prior to 152.0.7977.65 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to leak cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| DNG SDK versions 1.7.1 2502 and earlier are affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to memory exposure. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disclose sensitive information from memory. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| A cleartext transmission of sensitive information vulnerability exists
in certain Ebyte gateway products. The web management interface does not
adequately protect sensitive communications using transport-layer
encryption. An attacker with access to network traffic could intercept
authentication or session-related information transmitted between a user
and the affected device. Successful exploitation could result in
disclosure of sensitive information and unauthorized access to device
management functionality. |
| The Ebyte device relies on client side authentication logic that can be
reproduced by unauthenticated users. An attacker may generate valid
authentication requests and bypass authentication to obtain
administrative access to the device. |
| nltk PorterStemmer in versions <= 3.10.2 (fixed in 3.10.3) contains an inefficient-algorithmic-complexity denial of service in PorterStemmer.stem(). The _is_consonant() helper walks backward over the entire run of trailing 'y' characters on every call, and _measure() invokes it for each stem position, causing O(n^2) behavior. A single ~20-50 KB untrusted token consisting of a long run of the letter 'y' followed by a matching suffix (e.g., 'ness') can pin a CPU core for seconds to minutes, causing availability impact. |
| The affected Ebyte device web management interface does not restrict the
interface from being rendered within an external frame. An
unauthenticated remote attacker could use a crafted webpage to mislead
an authenticated administrator into initiating unintended configuration
changes or disruptive actions. |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 13.1 before 19.1.7, 19.2 before 19.2.5, and 19.3 before 19.3.1 that, under certain conditions, an authenticated user with reporter-role permissions who authored a merge request could have reset merge request approval rules due to improper authorization checks. |
| MQTT credentials and control traffic are transmitted in cleartext,
exposing sensitive information to network-level attackers. This may
enable unauthorized device impersonation and disruption of messaging
functions. |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 12.8 before 19.1.7, 19.2 before 19.2.5, and 19.3 before 19.3.1 that, under certain conditions, could have allowed an authenticated user to cause a denial of service affecting background job processing, due to missing object count limits. |
