Cisco IP Phones 7902/7905/7912, ATA 186/188, Unity Express, ACNS, and Subscriber Edge Services Manager (SESM) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash or instability) via a compressed DNS packet with a label length byte with an incorrect offset.
CVE-2002-0769 1 Cisco 1 Ata-186 2025-04-03 N/A
The web-based configuration interface for the Cisco ATA 186 Analog Telephone Adaptor allows remote attackers to bypass authentication via an HTTP POST request with a single byte, which allows the attackers to (1) obtain the password from the login screen, or (2) reconfigure the adaptor by modifying certain request parameters.
CVE-2022-20817 1 Cisco 22 Ata 187 Analog Telephone Adapter, Ata 187 Analog Telephone Adapter Firmware, Unified Ip Phone 6911 and 19 more 2024-11-21 7.4 High
A vulnerability in Cisco Unified IP Phones could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to impersonate another user's phone if the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is in secure mode. This vulnerability is due to improper key generation during the manufacturing process that could result in duplicated manufactured keys installed on multiple devices. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by performing a machine-in-the-middle attack on the secure communication between the phone and the CUCM. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to impersonate another user's phone. This vulnerability cannot be addressed with software updates. There is a workaround that addresses this vulnerability.
CVE-2022-20691 1 Cisco 6 Ata 190, Ata 190 Firmware, Ata 191 and 3 more 2024-11-21 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability in the Cisco Discovery Protocol functionality of Cisco ATA 190 Series Adaptive Telephone Adapter firmware could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a DoS condition of an affected device. This vulnerability is due to missing length validation of certain Cisco Discovery Protocol packet header fields. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted Cisco Discovery Protocol packets to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the device to exhaust available memory and cause the service to restart. Cisco has released firmware updates that address this vulnerability.
