CVSS v3.1 |
| The Easy Twitter Feed – Twitter feeds plugin for WP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.6 via the [etf] shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to extract data from password protected, private, or draft posts that they should not have access to. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iommufd: Make sure to zero vfio_iommu_type1_info before copying to user
Missed a zero initialization here. Most of the struct is filled with
a copy_from_user(), however minsz for that copy is smaller than the
actual struct by 8 bytes, thus we don't fill the padding. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/rxe: Fix the error "trying to register non-static key in rxe_cleanup_task"
In the function rxe_create_qp(), rxe_qp_from_init() is called to
initialize qp, internally things like rxe_init_task are not setup until
rxe_qp_init_req().
If an error occurred before this point then the unwind will call
rxe_cleanup() and eventually to rxe_qp_do_cleanup()/rxe_cleanup_task()
which will oops when trying to access the uninitialized spinlock.
If rxe_init_task is not executed, rxe_cleanup_task will not be called. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: sched: act_connmark: initialize struct tc_ife to fix kernel leak
In tcf_connmark_dump(), the variable 'opt' was partially initialized using a
designatied initializer. While the padding bytes are reamined
uninitialized. nla_put() copies the entire structure into a
netlink message, these uninitialized bytes leaked to userspace.
Initialize the structure with memset before assigning its fields
to ensure all members and padding are cleared prior to beign copied. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: core: Prevent invalid memory access when there is no parent
Commit 813665564b3d ("iio: core: Convert to use firmware node handle
instead of OF node") switched the kind of nodes to use for label
retrieval in device registration. Probably an unwanted change in that
commit was that if the device has no parent then NULL pointer is
accessed. This is what happens in the stock IIO dummy driver when a
new entry is created in configfs:
# mkdir /sys/kernel/config/iio/devices/dummy/foo
BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: ...
...
Call Trace:
__iio_device_register
iio_dummy_probe
Since there seems to be no reason to make a parent device of an IIO
dummy device mandatory, let’s prevent the invalid memory access in
__iio_device_register when the parent device is NULL. With this
change, the IIO dummy driver works fine with configfs. |
| shadow-utils (aka shadow) 4.4 through 4.17.0 establishes a default /etc/subuid behavior (e.g., uid 100000 through 165535 for the first user account) that can realistically conflict with the uids of users defined on locally administered networks, potentially leading to account takeover, e.g., by leveraging newuidmap for access to an NFS home directory (or same-host resources in the case of remote logins by these local network users). NOTE: it may also be argued that system administrators should not have assigned uids, within local networks, that are within the range that can occur in /etc/subuid. |
| The Car Demon plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'search_condition' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. |
| CVE-2024-4320 describes a vulnerability in the parisneo/lollms software, specifically within the `ExtensionBuilder().build_extension()` function. The vulnerability arises from the `/mount_extension` endpoint, where a path traversal issue allows attackers to navigate beyond the intended directory structure. This is facilitated by the `data.category` and `data.folder` parameters accepting empty strings (`""`), which, due to inadequate input sanitization, can lead to the construction of a `package_path` that points to the root directory. Consequently, if an attacker can create a `config.yaml` file in a controllable path, this path can be appended to the `extensions` list and trigger the execution of `__init__.py` in the current directory, leading to remote code execution. The vulnerability affects versions up to 5.9.0, and has been addressed in version 9.8. |
| The PDF for WPForms + Drag and Drop Template Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's yeepdf_dotab shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 4.6.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| EnerSys AMPA versions 24.04 through 24.16, inclusive, are vulnerable to command injection leading to privileged remote shell access. |
| The Contact Form 7 Redirect & Thank You Page plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'post' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. |
| EnerSys AMPA 22.09 and prior versions are vulnerable to command injection leading to privileged remote shell access. |
| BTS is affected by information disclosure vulnerability where mobile network operator personnel connected over BTS Web Element Manager, regardless of the access privileges, having a possibility to read BTS service operation details performed by Nokia Care service personnel via SSH. |
| The scanner device boots into a kiosk mode by default and opens the Scan2Net interface in a browser window. This browser is run with the permissions of the root user. There are also several other applications running as root user. This can be confirmed by running "ps aux" as the root user and observing the output. |
| XMLUnit for Java before 2.10.0, in the default configuration, might allow code execution via an untrusted stylesheet (used for an XSLT transformation), because XSLT extension functions are enabled. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
pinctrl: check the return value of pinmux_ops::get_function_name()
While the API contract in docs doesn't specify it explicitly, the
generic implementation of the get_function_name() callback from struct
pinmux_ops - pinmux_generic_get_function_name() - can fail and return
NULL. This is already checked in pinmux_check_ops() so add a similar
check in pinmux_func_name_to_selector() instead of passing the returned
pointer right down to strcmp() where the NULL can get dereferenced. This
is normal operation when adding new pinfunctions. |
| Out-of-bounds read in UEFI firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow a privileged user to potentially enable denial of service via local access. |
| Holy Stone Remote ID Module HSRID01, firmware distributed with the Drone Go2 mobile application before 1.1.8, allows unauthenticated "remote power off" actions (in broadcast mode) via multiple read operations on the ASTM Remote ID (0xFFFA) GATT. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Dahua products.
Attackers could exploit a buffer overflow vulnerability by sending specially crafted malicious packets, potentially causing service disruption (e.g., crashes) or remote code execution (RCE). Some devices may have deployed protection mechanisms such as Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR), which reduces the likelihood of successful RCE exploitation. However, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks remain a concern. |
| llama-cpp-python is the Python bindings for llama.cpp. `llama-cpp-python` depends on class `Llama` in `llama.py` to load `.gguf` llama.cpp or Latency Machine Learning Models. The `__init__` constructor built in the `Llama` takes several parameters to configure the loading and running of the model. Other than `NUMA, LoRa settings`, `loading tokenizers,` and `hardware settings`, `__init__` also loads the `chat template` from targeted `.gguf` 's Metadata and furtherly parses it to `llama_chat_format.Jinja2ChatFormatter.to_chat_handler()` to construct the `self.chat_handler` for this model. Nevertheless, `Jinja2ChatFormatter` parse the `chat template` within the Metadate with sandbox-less `jinja2.Environment`, which is furthermore rendered in `__call__` to construct the `prompt` of interaction. This allows `jinja2` Server Side Template Injection which leads to remote code execution by a carefully constructed payload. |
