CVSS v3.1 |
JAX-RS XML Security streaming clients in Apache CXF before 3.1.11 and 3.0.13 do not validate that the service response was signed or encrypted, which allows remote attackers to spoof servers.
Apache CXF's STSClient before 3.1.11 and 3.0.13 uses a flawed way of caching tokens that are associated with delegation tokens, which means that an attacker could craft a token which would return an identifer corresponding to a cached token for another user.
An issue was discovered in Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) Alaris 8015 Point of Care (PC) unit, Version 9.5 and prior versions, and Version 9.7. An unauthorized user with physical access to an Alaris 8015 PC unit may be able to obtain unencrypted wireless network authentication credentials and other sensitive technical data by disassembling an Alaris 8015 PC unit and accessing the device's flash memory. Older software versions of the Alaris 8015 PC unit, Version 9.5 and prior versions, store wireless network authentication credentials and other sensitive technical data on the affected device's removable flash memory. Being able to remove the flash memory from the affected device reduces the risk of detection, allowing an attacker to extract stored data at the attacker's convenience.
In Apache FOP before 2.2, files lying on the filesystem of the server which uses FOP can be revealed to arbitrary users who send maliciously formed SVG files. The file types that can be shown depend on the user context in which the exploitable application is running. If the user is root a full compromise of the server - including confidential or sensitive files - would be possible. XXE can also be used to attack the availability of the server via denial of service as the references within a xml document can trivially trigger an amplification attack.
In Apache Batik before 1.9, files lying on the filesystem of the server which uses batik can be revealed to arbitrary users who send maliciously formed SVG files. The file types that can be shown depend on the user context in which the exploitable application is running. If the user is root a full compromise of the server - including confidential or sensitive files - would be possible. XXE can also be used to attack the availability of the server via denial of service as the references within a xml document can trivially trigger an amplification attack.
The error page mechanism of the Java Servlet Specification requires that, when an error occurs and an error page is configured for the error that occurred, the original request and response are forwarded to the error page. This means that the request is presented to the error page with the original HTTP method. If the error page is a static file, expected behaviour is to serve content of the file as if processing a GET request, regardless of the actual HTTP method. The Default Servlet in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M20, 8.5.0 to 8.5.14, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.43 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.77 did not do this. Depending on the original request this could lead to unexpected and undesirable results for static error pages including, if the DefaultServlet is configured to permit writes, the replacement or removal of the custom error page. Notes for other user provided error pages: (1) Unless explicitly coded otherwise, JSPs ignore the HTTP method. JSPs used as error pages must must ensure that they handle any error dispatch as a GET request, regardless of the actual method. (2) By default, the response generated by a Servlet does depend on the HTTP method. Custom Servlets used as error pages must ensure that they handle any error dispatch as a GET request, regardless of the actual method.
The splt_cue_export_to_file function in cue.c in libmp3splt 0.9.2 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and crash) via a crafted file.
Honeywell Intermec PM23, PM42, PM43, PC23, PC43, PD43, and PC42 industrial printers before 10.11.013310 and 10.12.x before 10.12.013309 have /usr/bin/lua installed setuid to the itadmin account, which allows local users to conduct a BusyBox jailbreak attack and obtain root privileges by overwriting the /etc/shadow file.
Kony Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) before 4.2.5.2 has the vulnerability of disclosing the private key in clear-text when changing the parameters of the request.
Intel PSET Application Install wrapper of Intel Parallel Studio XE, Intel System Studio, Intel VTune Amplifier, Intel Inspector, Intel Advisor, Intel MPI Library, Intel Trace Analyzer and Collector, Intel Integrated Performance Primitives, Cryptography for Intel Integrated Performance Primitives, Intel Math Kernel Library, Intel Data Analytics Acceleration Library, and Intel Threading Building Blocks before 2017 Update 2 allows an attacker to launch a process with escalated privileges.
The BIOS in Intel NUC systems based on 6th Gen Intel Core processors prior to version KY0045 may allow may allow an attacker with physical access to the system to gain access to personal information.
Microsoft Edge allows remote attackers to bypass the Same Origin Policy for HTML elements in other browser windows, aka "Microsoft Edge Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability." This vulnerability is different from those described in CVE-2017-0066 and CVE-2017-0135.
The BIOS in Intel NUC systems based on 6th Gen Intel Core processors prior to version SY0059 may allow may allow an attacker with physical access to the system to gain access to personal information.
Incorrect check in Intel processors from 6th and 7th Generation Intel Core Processor Families, Intel Xeon E3-1500M v5 and v6 Product Families, and Intel Xeon E3-1200 v5 and v6 Product Families allows compromised system firmware to impact SGX security via incorrect early system state.
Insufficient protection of password storage in system firmware for Intel NUC7i3BNK, NUC7i3BNH, NUC7i5BNK, NUC7i5BNH, NUC7i7BNH versions BN0049 and below allows local attackers to bypass Administrator and User passwords via access to password storage.
An issue was discovered in WAGO 750-8202/PFC200 prior to FW04 (released August 2015), WAGO 750-881 prior to FW09 (released August 2016), and WAGO 0758-0874-0000-0111. By accessing a specific uniform resource locator (URL) on the web server, a malicious user is able to edit and to view settings without authenticating.
Insecure platform configuration in system firmware for Intel NUC7i3BNK, NUC7i3BNH, NUC7i5BNK, NUC7i5BNH, NUC7i7BNH versions BN0049 and below allows an attacker with physical presence to run arbitrary code via unauthorized firmware modification during BIOS Recovery.
Multiple buffer overflows in kernel in Intel Server Platform Services Firmware 4.0 allow attacker with local access to the system to execute arbitrary code.
Multiple privilege escalations in kernel in Intel Manageability Engine Firmware 11.0/11.5/11.6/11.7/11.10/11.20 allow unauthorized process to access privileged content via unspecified vector.
Insufficient input validation in system firmware for Intel NUC7i3BNK, NUC7i3BNH, NUC7i5BNK, NUC7i5BNH, NUC7i7BNH versions BN0049 and below allows local attackers to execute arbitrary code via manipulation of memory.
