CVE-2023-5072 | 2 Json-java Project, Redhat | 8 Json-java, Amq Broker, Amq Streams and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
Denial of Service in JSON-Java versions up to and including 20230618. A bug in the parser means that an input string of modest size can lead to indefinite amounts of memory being used.
CVE-2022-42889 | 4 Apache, Juniper, Netapp and 1 more | 20 Commons Text, Jsa1500, Jsa3500 and 17 more | 2024-11-20 | 9.8 Critical |
Apache Commons Text performs variable interpolation, allowing properties to be dynamically evaluated and expanded. The standard format for interpolation is "${prefix:name}", where "prefix" is used to locate an instance of org.apache.commons.text.lookup.StringLookup that performs the interpolation. Starting with version 1.5 and continuing through 1.9, the set of default Lookup instances included interpolators that could result in arbitrary code execution or contact with remote servers. These lookups are: - "script" - execute expressions using the JVM script execution engine (javax.script) - "dns" - resolve dns records - "url" - load values from urls, including from remote servers Applications using the interpolation defaults in the affected versions may be vulnerable to remote code execution or unintentional contact with remote servers if untrusted configuration values are used. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Commons Text 1.10.0, which disables the problematic interpolators by default.
CVE-2023-4639 | 1 Redhat | 14 Camel Quarkus, Camel Spring Boot, Integration and 11 more | 2024-11-18 | 7.4 High |
A flaw was found in Undertow, which incorrectly parses cookies with certain value-delimiting characters in incoming requests. This issue could allow an attacker to construct a cookie value to exfiltrate HttpOnly cookie values or spoof arbitrary additional cookie values, leading to unauthorized data access or modification. The main threat from this flaw impacts data confidentiality and integrity.
CVE-2024-7885 | 1 Redhat | 19 Apache Camel Spring Boot, Build Keycloak, Build Of Apache Camel - Hawtio and 16 more | 2024-11-15 | 7.5 High |
A vulnerability was found in Undertow where the ProxyProtocolReadListener reuses the same StringBuilder instance across multiple requests. This issue occurs when the parseProxyProtocolV1 method processes multiple requests on the same HTTP connection. As a result, different requests may share the same StringBuilder instance, potentially leading to information leakage between requests or responses. In some cases, a value from a previous request or response may be erroneously reused, which could lead to unintended data exposure. This issue primarily results in errors and connection termination but creates a risk of data leakage in multi-request environments.
CVE-2024-6162 | 1 Redhat | 11 Apache Camel Spring Boot, Build Keycloak, Camel Spring Boot and 8 more | 2024-11-15 | 7.5 High |
A vulnerability was found in Undertow, where URL-encoded request paths can be mishandled during concurrent requests on the AJP listener. This issue arises because the same buffer is used to decode the paths for multiple requests simultaneously, leading to incorrect path information being processed. As a result, the server may attempt to access the wrong path, causing errors such as "404 Not Found" or other application failures. This flaw can potentially lead to a denial of service, as legitimate resources become inaccessible due to the path mix-up.
CVE-2024-5971 | 1 Redhat | 12 Apache Camel Spring Boot, Build Keycloak, Camel Spring Boot and 9 more | 2024-11-15 | 7.5 High |
A vulnerability was found in Undertow, where the chunked response hangs after the body was flushed. The response headers and body were sent but the client would continue waiting as Undertow does not send the expected 0\r\n termination of the chunked response. This results in uncontrolled resource consumption, leaving the server side to a denial of service attack. This happens only with Java 17 TLSv1.3 scenarios.
CVE-2024-3653 | 1 Redhat | 17 Amq Streams, Build Keycloak, Camel Quarkus and 14 more | 2024-11-15 | 5.3 Medium |
A vulnerability was found in Undertow. This issue requires enabling the learning-push handler in the server's config, which is disabled by default, leaving the maxAge config in the handler unconfigured. The default is -1, which makes the handler vulnerable. If someone overwrites that config, the server is not subject to the attack. The attacker needs to be able to reach the server with a normal HTTP request.
CVE-2024-1300 | 1 Redhat | 20 A Mq Clients, Amq Broker, Amq Streams and 17 more | 2024-11-15 | 5.4 Medium |
A vulnerability in the Eclipse Vert.x toolkit causes a memory leak in TCP servers configured with TLS and SNI support. When processing an unknown SNI server name assigned the default certificate instead of a mapped certificate, the SSL context is erroneously cached in the server name map, leading to memory exhaustion. This flaw allows attackers to send TLS client hello messages with fake server names, triggering a JVM out-of-memory error.
CVE-2024-1023 | 1 Redhat | 20 A Mq Clients, Amq Broker, Amq Streams and 17 more | 2024-11-15 | 6.5 Medium |
A vulnerability in the Eclipse Vert.x toolkit results in a memory leak due to using Netty FastThreadLocal data structures. Specifically, when the Vert.x HTTP client establishes connections to different hosts, triggering the memory leak. The leak can be accelerated with intimate runtime knowledge, allowing an attacker to exploit this vulnerability. For instance, a server accepting arbitrary internet addresses could serve as an attack vector by connecting to these addresses, thereby accelerating the memory leak.
CVE-2023-6841 | 1 Redhat | 7 Jboss Enterprise Bpms Platform, Jboss Fuse, Keycloak and 4 more | 2024-11-15 | 7.5 High |
A denial of service vulnerability was found in keycloak where the amount of attributes per object is not limited,an attacker by sending repeated HTTP requests could cause a resource exhaustion when the application send back rows with long attribute values.
CVE-2023-5379 | 1 Redhat | 10 Jboss Data Grid, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Jboss Enterprise Bpms Platform and 7 more | 2024-11-15 | 7.5 High |
A flaw was found in Undertow. When an AJP request is sent that exceeds the max-header-size attribute in ajp-listener, JBoss EAP is marked in an error state by mod_cluster in httpd, causing JBoss EAP to close the TCP connection without returning an AJP response. This happens because mod_proxy_cluster marks the JBoss EAP instance as an error worker when the TCP connection is closed from the backend after sending the AJP request without receiving an AJP response, and stops forwarding. This issue could allow a malicious user could to repeatedly send requests that exceed the max-header-size, causing a Denial of Service (DoS).
CVE-2018-1336 | 4 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 1 more | 12 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 9 more | 2024-11-14 | 7.5 High |
An improper handing of overflow in the UTF-8 decoder with supplementary characters can lead to an infinite loop in the decoder causing a Denial of Service. Versions Affected: Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M9 to 9.0.7, 8.5.0 to 8.5.30, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.51, and 7.0.28 to 7.0.86.
CVE-2024-1635 | 1 Redhat | 16 Amq Streams, Build Keycloak, Camel Quarkus and 13 more | 2024-11-13 | 7.5 High |
A vulnerability was found in Undertow. This vulnerability impacts a server that supports the wildfly-http-client protocol. Whenever a malicious user opens and closes a connection with the HTTP port of the server and then closes the connection immediately, the server will end with both memory and open file limits exhausted at some point, depending on the amount of memory available. At HTTP upgrade to remoting, the WriteTimeoutStreamSinkConduit leaks connections if RemotingConnection is closed by Remoting ServerConnectionOpenListener. Because the remoting connection originates in Undertow as part of the HTTP upgrade, there is an external layer to the remoting connection. This connection is unaware of the outermost layer when closing the connection during the connection opening procedure. Hence, the Undertow WriteTimeoutStreamSinkConduit is not notified of the closed connection in this scenario. Because WriteTimeoutStreamSinkConduit creates a timeout task, the whole dependency tree leaks via that task, which is added to XNIO WorkerThread. So, the workerThread points to the Undertow conduit, which contains the connections and causes the leak.
CVE-2023-6291 | 1 Redhat | 18 Build Keycloak, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Data Grid and 15 more | 2024-11-13 | 7.1 High |
A flaw was found in the redirect_uri validation logic in Keycloak. This issue may allow a bypass of otherwise explicitly allowed hosts. A successful attack may lead to an access token being stolen, making it possible for the attacker to impersonate other users.
CVE-2023-45648 | 3 Apache, Debian, Redhat | 6 Tomcat, Debian Linux, Enterprise Linux and 3 more | 2024-11-12 | 5.3 Medium |
Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache Tomcat.Tomcat from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.0-M11, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.13, from 9.0.0-M1 through 9.0.81 and from 8.5.0 through 8.5.93 did not correctly parse HTTP trailer headers. A specially crafted, invalid trailer header could cause Tomcat to treat a single request as multiple requests leading to the possibility of request smuggling when behind a reverse proxy. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.0-M12 onwards, 10.1.14 onwards, 9.0.81 onwards or 8.5.94 onwards, which fix the issue.
CVE-2023-1932 | 1 Redhat | 20 A Mq Clients, Amq Broker, Amq Online and 17 more | 2024-11-08 | 6.1 Medium |
A flaw was found in hibernate-validator's 'isValid' method in the org.hibernate.validator.internal.constraintvalidators.hv.SafeHtmlValidator class, which can be bypassed by omitting the tag ending in a less-than character. Browsers may render an invalid html, allowing HTML injection or Cross-Site-Scripting (XSS) attacks.
CVE-2024-1459 | 1 Redhat | 8 Jboss Data Grid, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform, Jboss Enterprise Bpms Platform and 5 more | 2024-11-06 | 5.3 Medium |
A path traversal vulnerability was found in Undertow. This issue may allow a remote attacker to append a specially-crafted sequence to an HTTP request for an application deployed to JBoss EAP, which may permit access to privileged or restricted files and directories.
CVE-2024-4029 | 1 Redhat | 7 Build Keycloak, Jboss Data Grid, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 4 more | 2024-11-05 | 4.1 Medium |
A vulnerability was found in Wildfly’s management interface. Due to the lack of limitation of sockets for the management interface, it may be possible to cause a denial of service hitting the nofile limit as there is no possibility to configure or set a maximum number of connections.
CVE-2021-45046 | 8 Apache, Cvat, Debian and 5 more | 70 Log4j, Computer Vision Annotation Tool, Debian Linux and 67 more | 2024-10-31 | 9.0 Critical |
It was found that the fix to address CVE-2021-44228 in Apache Log4j 2.15.0 was incomplete in certain non-default configurations. This could allows attackers with control over Thread Context Map (MDC) input data when the logging configuration uses a non-default Pattern Layout with either a Context Lookup (for example, $${ctx:loginId}) or a Thread Context Map pattern (%X, %mdc, or %MDC) to craft malicious input data using a JNDI Lookup pattern resulting in an information leak and remote code execution in some environments and local code execution in all environments. Log4j 2.16.0 (Java 8) and 2.12.2 (Java 7) fix this issue by removing support for message lookup patterns and disabling JNDI functionality by default.
CVE-2024-10234 | 1 Redhat | 7 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Jboss Data Grid and 4 more | 2024-10-30 | 6.1 Medium |
A vulnerability was found in Wildfly, where a user may perform Cross-site scripting in the Wildfly deployment system. This flaw allows an attacker or insider to execute a deployment with a malicious payload, which could trigger undesired behavior against the server. |
