CVSS v3.1 |
Improper handling of insufficient permissions or privileges in Microsoft Dataverse allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
A security issue exists in the protected mode of EN4TR devices, where sending specifically crafted messages during a Forward Close operation can cause the device to crash. |
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
scsi: target: Fix NULL pointer dereference in core_scsi3_decode_spec_i_port()
The function core_scsi3_decode_spec_i_port(), in its error code path,
unconditionally calls core_scsi3_lunacl_undepend_item() passing the
dest_se_deve pointer, which may be NULL.
This can lead to a NULL pointer dereference if dest_se_deve remains
unset.
SPC-3 PR SPEC_I_PT: Unable to locate dest_tpg
Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address dfff800000000012

In VerifyNoOverlapInSessions of apexd.cpp, there is a possible way to block security updates through mainline installations due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
The sequence of packets received by a Networking server are not correctly checked.
An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to send specially crafted messages to force the application to stop. |
metadata-extractor up to 2.16.0 can throw various uncaught exceptions while parsing a specially crafted JPEG file, which could result in an application crash. This could be used to mount a denial of service attack against services that use metadata-extractor library. |
Cilium is a networking, observability, and security solution with an eBPF-based dataplane. For users with the following configuration: 1. An allow policy that selects a Layer 3 destination and a port range `AND` 2. A Layer 7 allow policy that selects a specific port within the first policy's range the Layer 7 enforcement would not occur for the traffic selected by the Layer 7 policy. This issue only affects users who use Cilium's port range functionality, which was introduced in Cilium v1.16. This issue is patched in PR #35150. This issue affects Cilium v1.16 between v1.16.0 and v1.16.3 inclusive. This issue is patched in Cilium v1.16.4. Users are advised to upgrade. Users with network policies that match the pattern described above can work around the issue by rewriting any policies that use port ranges to individually specify the ports permitted for traffic. |
SpiceDB is a graph database purpose-built for storing and evaluating access control data. Use of a relation of the form: `relation folder: folder | folder#parent` with an arrow such as `folder->view` can cause LookupSubjects to only return the subjects found under subjects for either `folder` or `folder#parent`. This bug only manifests if the same subject type is used multiple types in a relation, relationships exist for both subject types and an arrow is used over the relation. Any user making a negative authorization decision based on the results of a LookupSubjects request with version before v1.30.1 is affected. Version 1.30.1 contains a patch for the issue. As a workaround, avoid using LookupSubjects for negative authorization decisions and/or avoid using the broken schema.

Improper conditions check in Intel(R) Power Gadget software for macOS all versions may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access. |
Volto is a React based frontend for the Plone Content Management System. In versions from 19.0.0-alpha.1 to before 19.0.0-alpha.4, 18.0.0 to before 18.24.0, 17.0.0 to before 17.22.1, and prior to 16.34.0, an anonymous user could cause the NodeJS server part of Volto to quit with an error when visiting a specific URL. The problem has been patched in versions 16.34.0, 17.22.1, 18.24.0, and 19.0.0-alpha.4. To mitigate downtime, have setup automatically restart processes that quit with an error. |
A flaw was found in GNUPlot. A segmentation fault via IO_str_init_static_internal may jeopardize the environment. |
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
KVM: x86/hyper-v: Skip non-canonical addresses during PV TLB flush
In KVM guests with Hyper-V hypercalls enabled, the hypercalls
HVCALL_FLUSH_VIRTUAL_ADDRESS_LIST and HVCALL_FLUSH_VIRTUAL_ADDRESS_LIST_EX
allow a guest to request invalidation of portions of a virtual TLB.
For this, the hypercall parameter includes a list of GVAs that are supposed
to be invalidated.
However, when non-canonical GVAs are passed, there is currently no
filtering in place and they are eventually passed to checked invocations of
INVVPID on Intel / INVLPGA on AMD. While AMD's INVLPGA silently ignores
non-canonical addresses (effectively a no-op), Intel's INVVPID explicitly
signals VM-Fail and ultimately triggers the WARN_ONCE in invvpid_error():
invvpid failed: ext=0x0 vpid=1 gva=0xaaaaaaaaaaaaa000

Hyper-V documents that invalid GVAs (those that are beyond a partition's
GVA space) are to be ignored. While not completely clear whether this
ruling also applies to non-canonical GVAs, it is likely fine to make that
assumption, and manual testing on Azure confirms "real" Hyper-V interprets
the specification in the same way.
Skip non-canonical GVAs when processing the list of address to avoid
tripping the INVVPID failure. Alternatively, KVM could filter out "bad"
GVAs before inserting into the FIFO, but practically speaking the only
downside of pushing validation to the final processing is that doing so
is suboptimal for the guest, and no well-behaved guest will request TLB
flushes for non-canonical addresses. |
IBM MQ 9.3 LTS, 9.3 CD, 9.4 LTS, and 9.4 CD
could allow a local user to cause a denial of service due to an improper check for unusual or exceptional conditions. |
In Eclipse Jetty 7.2.2 to 9.4.38, 10.0.0.alpha0 to 10.0.1, and 11.0.0.alpha0 to 11.0.1, CPU usage can reach 100% upon receiving a large invalid TLS frame. |
A vulnerability has been identified in SINEMA Remote Connect Server (All versions < V3.2 SP1). Affected products allow to upload certificates. An authenticated attacker could upload a crafted certificates leading to a permanent denial-of-service situation. In order to recover from such an attack, the offending certificate needs to be removed manually. |
Zoho ManageEngine OpManager, OpManager Plus, OpManager MSP, Network Configuration Manager, NetFlow Analyzer, Firewall Analyzer, and OpUtils before 2022-07-27 through 2022-07-28 (125657, 126002, 126104, and 126118) allow unauthenticated attackers to obtain a user's API key, and then access external APIs. |
A flaw was found in the json payload. If annotation based security is used to secure a REST resource, the JSON body that the resource may consume is being processed (deserialized) prior to the security constraints being evaluated and applied. This does not happen with configuration based security. |
Nautobot is a Network Source of Truth and Network Automation Platform. A user with permissions to view Dynamic Group records (`extras.view_dynamicgroup` permission) can use the Dynamic Group detail UI view (`/extras/dynamic-groups/<uuid>/`) and/or the members REST API view (`/api/extras/dynamic-groups/<uuid>/members/`) to list the objects that are members of a given Dynamic Group. In versions of Nautobot between 1.3.0 (where the Dynamic Groups feature was added) and 1.6.22 inclusive, and 2.0.0 through 2.2.4 inclusive, Nautobot fails to restrict these listings based on the member object permissions - for example a Dynamic Group of Device objects will list all Devices that it contains, regardless of the user's `dcim.view_device` permissions or lack thereof. This issue has been fixed in Nautobot versions 1.6.23 and 2.2.5. Users are advised to upgrade. This vulnerability can be partially mitigated by removing `extras.view_dynamicgroup` permission from users however a full fix will require upgrading. |
Firebird is a relational database. Prior to snapshot versions 4.0.6.3183, 5.0.2.1610, and 6.0.0.609, Firebird is vulnerable if ExtConnPoolSize is not set equal to 0. If connections stored in ExtConnPool are not verified for presence and suitability of the CryptCallback interface is used when created versus what is available could result in a segfault in the server process. Encrypted databases, accessed by execute statement on external, may be accessed later by an attachment missing a key to that database. In a case when execute statement are chained, segfault may happen. Additionally, the segfault may affect unencrypted databases. This issue has been patched in snapshot versions 4.0.6.3183, 5.0.2.1610, and 6.0.0.609 and point releases 4.0.6 and 5.0.2. A workaround for this issue involves setting ExtConnPoolSize equal to 0 in firebird.conf. |
7-Zip 22.01 does not report an error for certain invalid xz files, involving stream flags and reserved bits. Some later versions are unaffected. |
