CVE-2021-31407 | 1 Vaadin | 2 Flow, Vaadin | 2024-09-16 | 8.6 High |
Vulnerability in OSGi integration in com.vaadin:flow-server versions 1.2.0 through 2.4.7 (Vaadin 12.0.0 through 14.4.9), and 6.0.0 through 6.0.1 (Vaadin 19.0.0) allows attacker to access application classes and resources on the server via crafted HTTP request.
CVE-2024-0443 | 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat | 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2024-09-16 | 5.5 Medium |
A flaw was found in the blkgs destruction path in block/blk-cgroup.c in the Linux kernel, leading to a cgroup blkio memory leakage problem. When a cgroup is being destroyed, cgroup_rstat_flush() is only called at css_release_work_fn(), which is called when the blkcg reference count reaches 0. This circular dependency will prevent blkcg and some blkgs from being freed after they are made offline. This issue may allow an attacker with a local access to cause system instability, such as an out of memory error.
CVE-2017-8442 | 1 Elastic | 1 X-pack | 2024-08-05 | N/A |
Elasticsearch X-Pack Security versions 5.0.0 to 5.4.3, when enabled, can result in the Elasticsearch _nodes API leaking sensitive configuration information, such as the paths and passphrases of SSL keys that were configured as part of an authentication realm. This could allow an authenticated Elasticsearch user to improperly view these details.
CVE-2022-39304 | 1 Ghinstallation Project | 1 Ghinstallation | 2024-08-03 | 5 Medium |
ghinstallation provides transport, which implements http.RoundTripper to provide authentication as an installation for GitHub Apps. In ghinstallation version 1, when the request to refresh an installation token failed, the HTTP request and response would be returned for debugging. The request contained the bearer JWT for the App, and was returned back to clients. This token is short lived (10 minute maximum). This issue has been patched and is available in version 2.0.0.
CVE-2022-37703 | 1 Amanda | 1 Amanda | 2024-08-03 | 3.3 Low |
In Amanda 3.5.1, an information leak vulnerability was found in the calcsize SUID binary. An attacker can abuse this vulnerability to know if a directory exists or not anywhere in the fs. The binary will use `opendir()` as root directly without checking the path, letting the attacker provide an arbitrary path.
CVE-2022-30231 | 1 Siemens | 1 Sicam Gridedge Essential | 2024-08-03 | 4.3 Medium |
A vulnerability has been identified in SICAM GridEdge Essential ARM (All versions < V2.6.6), SICAM GridEdge Essential Intel (All versions < V2.6.6), SICAM GridEdge Essential with GDS ARM (All versions < V2.6.6), SICAM GridEdge Essential with GDS Intel (All versions < V2.6.6). The affected software discloses password hashes of other users upon request. This could allow an authenticated user to retrieve another users password hash.

Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition accessible data. Note: This vulnerability applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. This vulnerability can also be exploited by using APIs in the specified Component, e.g., through a web service which supplies data to the APIs. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.3 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N).
CVE-2022-3596 | 1 Redhat | 2 Openstack, Openstack Platform | 2024-08-03 | 7.5 High |
An information leak was found in OpenStack's undercloud. This flaw allows unauthenticated, remote attackers to inspect sensitive data after discovering the IP address of the undercloud, possibly leading to compromising private information, including administrator access credentials.
CVE-2023-38509 | 1 Xwiki | 1 Xwiki | 2024-08-02 | 4.3 Medium |
XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform. In org.xwiki.platform:xwiki-platform-livetable-ui starting with version 3.5-milestone-1 and prior to versions 14.10.9 and 15.3-rc-1, the mail obfuscation configuration was not fully taken into account and is was still possible by obfuscated emails. This has been patched in XWiki 14.10.9 and XWiki 15.3-rc-1. A workaround is to modify the page `XWiki.LiveTableResultsMacros` following the patch.
CVE-2023-34467 | 1 Xwiki | 1 Xwiki | 2024-08-02 | 7.5 High |
XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform. Starting in version 3.5-milestone-1 and prior to versions 14.4.8, 14.10.4, and 15.0-rc-1, the mail obfuscation configuration was not fully taken into account. While the mail displayed to the end user was obfuscated, the rest response was also containing the mail unobfuscated and users were able to filter and sort on the unobfuscated, allowing them to infer the mail content. The consequence was the possibility to retrieve the email addresses of all users even when obfuscated. This has been patched in XWiki 14.4.8, 14.10.4, and 15.0-rc-1.
CVE-2023-32681 | 3 Fedoraproject, Python, Redhat | 8 Fedora, Requests, Ansible Automation Platform and 5 more | 2024-08-02 | 6.1 Medium |
Requests is a HTTP library. Since Requests 2.3.0, Requests has been leaking Proxy-Authorization headers to destination servers when redirected to an HTTPS endpoint. This is a product of how we use `rebuild_proxies` to reattach the `Proxy-Authorization` header to requests. For HTTP connections sent through the tunnel, the proxy will identify the header in the request itself and remove it prior to forwarding to the destination server. However when sent over HTTPS, the `Proxy-Authorization` header must be sent in the CONNECT request as the proxy has no visibility into the tunneled request. This results in Requests forwarding proxy credentials to the destination server unintentionally, allowing a malicious actor to potentially exfiltrate sensitive information. This issue has been patched in version 2.31.0.
CVE-2023-24021 | 3 Debian, Redhat, Trustwave | 3 Debian Linux, Jboss Core Services, Modsecurity | 2024-08-02 | 7.5 High |
Incorrect handling of '\0' bytes in file uploads in ModSecurity before 2.9.7 may allow for Web Application Firewall bypasses and buffer over-reads on the Web Application Firewall when executing rules that read the FILES_TMP_CONTENT collection.
CVE-2023-22490 | 2 Git-scm, Redhat | 3 Git, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus | 2024-08-02 | 5.5 Medium |
Git is a revision control system. Using a specially-crafted repository, Git prior to versions 2.39.2, 2.38.4, 2.37.6, 2.36.5, 2.35.7, 2.34.7, 2.33.7, 2.32.6, 2.31.7, and 2.30.8 can be tricked into using its local clone optimization even when using a non-local transport. Though Git will abort local clones whose source `$GIT_DIR/objects` directory contains symbolic links, the `objects` directory itself may still be a symbolic link. These two may be combined to include arbitrary files based on known paths on the victim's filesystem within the malicious repository's working copy, allowing for data exfiltration in a similar manner as CVE-2022-39253. A fix has been prepared and will appear in v2.39.2 v2.38.4 v2.37.6 v2.36.5 v2.35.7 v2.34.7 v2.33.7 v2.32.6, v2.31.7 and v2.30.8. If upgrading is impractical, two short-term workarounds are available. Avoid cloning repositories from untrusted sources with `--recurse-submodules`. Instead, consider cloning repositories without recursively cloning their submodules, and instead run `git submodule update` at each layer. Before doing so, inspect each new `.gitmodules` file to ensure that it does not contain suspicious module URLs.
CVE-2023-4569 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2024-08-02 | 5.5 Medium |
A memory leak flaw was found in nft_set_catchall_flush in net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c in the Linux Kernel. This issue may allow a local attacker to cause double-deactivations of catchall elements, which can result in a memory leak.
CVE-2024-29900 | 2024-08-02 | 7.5 High
Electron Packager bundles Electron-based application source code with a renamed Electron executable and supporting files into folders ready for distribution. A random segment of ~1-10kb of Node.js heap memory allocated either side of a known buffer will be leaked into the final executable. This memory _could_ contain sensitive information such as environment variables, secrets files, etc. This issue is patched in 18.3.1.
