CVSS v3.1 |
Memory leak in the v9fs_write function in hw/9pfs/9p.c in QEMU (aka Quick Emulator) allows local guest OS administrators to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) by leveraging failure to free an IO vector.
kernel/trace/trace_syscalls.c in the Linux kernel through 3.17.2 does not properly handle private syscall numbers during use of the perf subsystem, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read and OOPS) or bypass the ASLR protection mechanism via a crafted application.
The org.jboss.security.plugins.mapping.JBossMappingManager implementation in JBoss Security in Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) before 6.3.3 uses the default security domain when a security domain is undefined, which allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions by leveraging credentials on the default domain for a role that is also on the application domain.
mod/forum/externallib.php in Moodle 2.6.x before 2.6.6 and 2.7.x before 2.7.3 does not verify group permissions, which allows remote authenticated users to access a forum via the forum_get_discussions web service.
mod/wiki/admin.php in Moodle through 2.4.11, 2.5.x before 2.5.9, 2.6.x before 2.6.6, and 2.7.x before 2.7.3 allows remote authenticated users to remove wiki pages by leveraging delete access within a different subwiki.
Remote Artifact Loader (RAL) in IBM WebSphere Process Server 7 and Business Process Manager Advanced 7.5 through 7.5.1.2, 8.0 through 8.0.1.3, 8.5.0 through 8.5.0.2, 8.5.5 through 8.5.5.0, and 8.5.6 through 8.5.6.2 does not properly use SSL for its HTTPS connection, which allows remote authenticated users to obtain sensitive information or modify data via unspecified vectors.
DocumentProvider in RESTEasy 2.3.7 and 3.0.9 does not configure the (1) external-general-entities or (2) external-parameter-entities features, which allows remote attackers to conduct XML external entity (XXE) attacks via unspecified vectors.
The _prolog_error function in slurmd/req.c in Slurm before 15.08.13, 16.x before 16.05.7, and 17.x before 17.02.0-pre4 has a vulnerability in how the slurmd daemon informs users of a Prolog failure on a compute node. That vulnerability could allow a user to assume control of an arbitrary file on the system. Any exploitation of this is dependent on the user being able to cause or anticipate the failure (non-zero return code) of a Prolog script that their job would run on. This issue affects all Slurm versions from 0.6.0 (September 2005) to present. Workarounds to prevent exploitation of this are to either disable your Prolog script, or modify it such that it always returns 0 ("success") and adjust it to set the node as down using scontrol instead of relying on the slurmd to handle that automatically. If you do not have a Prolog set you are unaffected by this issue.
The host_from_stream_offset function in arch_init.c in QEMU, when loading RAM during migration, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted (1) offset or (2) length value in savevm data.
The DNS implementation in Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software 7.2 before 7.2(5.16), 8.2 before 8.2(5.57), 8.3 before 8.3(2.44), 8.4 before 8.4(7.28), 8.5 before 8.5(1.24), 8.6 before 8.6(1.17), 8.7 before 8.7(1.16), 9.0 before 9.0(4.33), 9.1 before 9.1(6.1), 9.2 before 9.2(3.4), and 9.3 before 9.3(3) allows man-in-the-middle attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption or device outage) by triggering outbound DNS queries and then sending crafted responses to these queries, aka Bug ID CSCuq77655.
Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in admin/plugin.php in Piwigo through 2.8.3 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via a crafted filename that is mishandled in a certain error case.
SQL injection vulnerability in register.php in GeniXCMS before 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the activation parameter.
The XML parser in Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software 8.4 before 8.4(7.28), 8.6 before 8.6(1.17), 9.0 before 9.0(4.33), 9.1 before 9.1(6), 9.2 before 9.2(3.4), and 9.3 before 9.3(3), when Clientless SSL VPN, AnyConnect SSL VPN, or AnyConnect IKEv2 VPN is used, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (VPN outage or device reload) via a crafted XML document, aka Bug ID CSCus95290.
Borg (aka BorgBackup) before 1.0.9 has a flaw in the way duplicate archive names were processed during manifest recovery, potentially allowing an attacker to overwrite an archive.
Directory traversal vulnerability in scgi-bin/platform.cgi on NETGEAR FVS336Gv3, FVS318N, FVS318Gv2, and SRX5308 devices with firmware before 4.3.3-8 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the thispage parameter, as demonstrated by reading the /etc/shadow file.
Unauthenticated Remote Command injection as root occurs in the Western Digital MyCloud NAS 2.11.142 /web/google_analytics.php URL via a modified arg parameter in the POST data.
Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the WooCommerce plugin before 2.6.9 for WordPress allows remote authenticated administrators to inject arbitrary web script or HTML by providing crafted tax-rate table values in CSV format.
SQL injection vulnerability in the "aWeb Cart Watching System for Virtuemart" extension before 2.6.1 for Joomla! allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via vectors involving categorysearch and smartSearch.
The IOHIDSecurePromptClient function in Apple OS X does not properly validate pointer values, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (system crash) via a crafted web site.
The virtualization layer in Cisco ASA FirePOWER Software before 5.3.1.2 and 5.4.x before 5.4.0.1 and ASA Context-Aware (CX) Software before 9.3.2.1-9 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (device reload) by rapidly sending crafted packets to the management interface, aka Bug IDs CSCus11007 and CSCun56954.
