| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/xe/vm: Fix SVM leak on resv obj alloc failure in xe_vm_create()
Commit 9e9787414882 ("drm/xe/userptr: replace xe_hmm with gpusvm") made
xe_svm_init() unconditional in xe_vm_create() and extended it to also
initialize a "simple" gpusvm state for non-fault-mode VMs. The matching
xe_svm_fini() call in xe_vm_close_and_put() was updated to run
unconditionally, but the error unwind path in xe_vm_create() was not.
On the drm_gpuvm_resv_object_alloc() failure path, xe_svm_init() has
already succeeded but xe_svm_fini() is only called when
XE_VM_FLAG_FAULT_MODE is set. For non-fault-mode VMs this leaves
vm->svm.gpusvm partially initialized and leaks the resources allocated
by drm_gpusvm_init().
For fault-mode VMs, xe_svm_init() additionally acquires the pagemap
owner via drm_pagemap_acquire_owner() and the pagemaps via
xe_svm_get_pagemaps(). Those resources are released by xe_svm_close(),
not xe_svm_fini(). On the same error path, xe_svm_close() is not
called either, so fault-mode VMs leak the pagemap owner and pagemaps.
Fix both leaks:
- Call xe_svm_fini() unconditionally on the err_svm_fini path, matching
the unconditional xe_svm_init() call. Move the vm->size = 0
assignment out of the conditional so the xe_vm_is_closed() assert in
xe_svm_fini() (and xe_svm_close()) holds for both modes.
- Call xe_svm_close() for fault-mode VMs before xe_svm_fini(), matching
the ordering used in xe_vm_close_and_put().

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tipc: fix u16 MTU truncation in media and bearer MTU validation
Both TIPC_NL_MEDIA_SET and TIPC_NL_BEARER_SET accept user-supplied
MTU values but only enforce a minimum bound, not a maximum. When a user
sets the MTU to a value exceeding U16_MAX (65535), it passes validation
but is silently truncated when assigned to u16 fields l->mtu and
l->advertised_mtu in tipc_link_create(). Values like 65536 (0x10000)
truncate to 0, causing a division by zero in tipc_link_set_queue_limits()
which computes TIPC_MAX_PUBL / (l->mtu / ITEM_SIZE). Other overflowing
values (e.g. 65537-131071) produce small incorrect MTU values, resulting
in link malfunction behaviors.
Crash stack (triggered as unprivileged user via user namespace):
tipc_link_set_queue_limits net/tipc/link.c:2531
tipc_link_create net/tipc/link.c:520
tipc_node_check_dest net/tipc/node.c:1279
tipc_disc_rcv net/tipc/discover.c:252
tipc_rcv net/tipc/node.c:2129
tipc_udp_recv net/tipc/udp_media.c:392
Two independent paths lack the upper bound check:
1. tipc_udp_mtu_bad() -- called from __tipc_nl_media_set() (MEDIA_SET)
2. inline check in __tipc_nl_bearer_set() at bearer.c:1160 (BEARER_SET)
Fix both by rejecting MTU values above U16_MAX. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: qrtr: restrict socket creation to the initial network namespace
QRTR keeps its entire port and node state in module-global variables
that are not partitioned per network namespace: qrtr_local_nid is a
single global node id (always 1) and qrtr_ports is a single global
xarray. qrtr_port_lookup() and qrtr_local_enqueue() operate on that
global state with no network-namespace check, and qrtr_create() places
no restriction on the namespace a socket is created in.
As a result an unprivileged process that creates an AF_QIPCRTR socket
in a separate network namespace, e.g. via
unshare(CLONE_NEWUSER | CLONE_NEWNET), can send QRTR datagrams -
including control-plane messages such as QRTR_TYPE_NEW_SERVER - to QRTR
sockets owned by another namespace, and vice versa. The receiving
socket sees such a message as coming from node id 1, indistinguishable
from a legitimate local client, breaking the isolation that network
namespaces are expected to provide.
QRTR is a transport to global hardware endpoints (the modem and other
remote processors) and has no per-namespace semantics; its in-kernel
name service already creates its socket in init_net only. Confine the
socket family to the initial network namespace, as other
non-namespace-aware socket families do (see llc_ui_create() and the
ieee802154 socket code). |

net/mlx5: Fix MCIA register buffer overflow on 32 dword reads
The MCIA register can return up to 32 dwords (128 bytes) when the device
advertises the mcia_32dwords capability, but struct
mlx5_ifc_mcia_reg_bits only defines dword_0..11, leaving room for just
12 dwords (48 bytes) of data.
mlx5_query_mcia() clamps the read size to mlx5_mcia_max_bytes() and then
memcpy()s that many bytes out of the register, potentially reading past
the end of the 'out' buffer. On kernels built with FORTIFY_SOURCE this
is caught as a buffer overflow while reading the module EEPROM via
ethtool:
detected buffer overflow in memcpy

| OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. Versions before 0.56.0 allow cross-site request forgery against the unauthenticated GET /auth/telegram loopback callback because telegram_auth_handler consumes an attacker-supplied one-time Telegram login token and passes the returned JWT to credentials::ops::store_session without validating browser fetch metadata or the request origin. An attacker with an OpenHuman account can cause a user with the local core running to visit a malicious page that requests the /auth/telegram endpoint on loopback port 7788, switching the user's active local session to the attacker's backend account and exposing subsequent agent actions, memory writes, and Telegram messages associated with that session to the attacker. This issue is fixed in version 0.56.0. |
| A flaw was found in libarchive. An attacker can cause a Denial of Service (DoS) or potential information disclosure due to a use-after-free vulnerability, which occurs when a program reads memory that has already been released. This issue arises when the archive_entry_copy_mac_metadata() function deallocates an internal buffer before completing a data copy. An attacker who can supply input to an application utilizing this function can trigger the flaw to crash the application or read uninitialized memory data. |
| Traefik before 2.11.46, 3.x before 3.6.17, and 3.7.0 lack namespace validation for Ingress and Service annotations in the Kubernetes Ingress provider, allowing references to Middlewares, ServersTransports, and TLSOptions in other namespaces. Attackers able to create or update Ingress or Service resources in one namespace can set router.middlewares or service.serverstransport annotations to obtain another tenant's injected credentials or reuse its client certificates, bypassing namespace-based tenant isolation. |
| Craft CMS from 5.0.0 before 5.11.0 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows authenticated Control Panel users to escape the Twig sandbox by passing uncleansed criteria to getNext, getPrev, or getOwners. Attackers can inject Yii "as" or "on" config keys to attach malicious event handlers that execute when the element query runs, achieving code execution as the web user. |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's rank-based filters can dereference invalid image storage for a zero-size image. ImagingExpand() allocates a non-empty output and then faults while replicating edges by reading the first pixel from empty input storage; ImagingRankFilter is never reached. An attacker can supply or cause creation of a zero-size image to an application that applies a rank, median, minimum, or maximum filter. This causes a native process crash. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in orbitale imagemagick-php up to 3.3.5. Affected by this issue is the function Command::font of the file src/Command.php. The manipulation of the argument fontFile results in os command injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. Opening a crafted XCF with a malformed text-layer parasite can cause a heap out-of-bounds read, disclosing adjacent heap data into layer text and causing denial of service. |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. The XCF loader can leave a dangling pointer in the linked-channels list when a linked channel is later destroyed via a selection property. Opening a crafted XCF file can cause a use-after-free in the main GIMP process, leading to a crash and potentially arbitrary code execution. |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. The PSD thumbnail resource loader performs a BGR-to-RGB channel swap with a fixed 3-byte stride and does not verify that the JPEG thumbnail is RGB. A crafted grayscale PSD thumbnail can cause a heap out-of-bounds read and write in the plug-in process, leading to a crash and potentially arbitrary code execution when the victim browses or opens the file. |
| A vulnerability was found in agit8or1 clientst0r up to 3.17.586. Affected by this vulnerability is the function _fetch_html of the file locations/services/property_url_importer.py of the component Property URL Importer. The manipulation of the argument url results in server-side request forgery. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. Upgrading to version 3.17.587 addresses this issue. The patch is identified as 7e75c6cc6a07621c10be9b07fafd99e89a02e327. The affected component should be upgraded. The vendor was contacted early, responded in a very professional manner and quickly released a fixed version of the affected product. |
| Coder from 2.26.0 before 2.34.8 contains an incorrect authorization flaw in the GET /api/v2/workspaces/{id}/acl endpoint, which checks only workspace read access and then fetches group members using an elevated system context. Authenticated users granted workspace use access can query the endpoint to harvest group members' emails, login types, status, and last-seen and creation timestamps. |
| Fleet before 4.83.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to exhaust server memory by sending gzip-compressed request bodies. Attackers can send small, highly compressed requests with Content-Encoding: gzip to unauthenticated endpoints that expand during decoding, crashing the entire Fleet instance. |
| Vikunja 0.22.0 before 2.7.0 contains an improper access revocation vulnerability that allows removed collaborators to keep receiving project data through webhooks they created. Former collaborators keep receiving task titles and descriptions through their webhook, including content created after their access was revoked. |
| Admidio from 5.0.0 before 5.0.16 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated users to export lists despite export restrictions by requesting mode=pdfl. The groups_roles_export check in modules/groups-roles/lists_show.php omits pdfl, which later runs the pdf export, letting users with list view rights download member lists as PDF files. |
| phpMyFAQ 4.0.0 before 4.1.9 and 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains a broken object-level authorization vulnerability in the PUT /api/v3.1/faq/update endpoint, which checks only the global edit_faq permission and does not verify access to the target FAQ. Authenticated users with edit_faq permission can supply the ID of a restricted FAQ they cannot view to modify its content, bypass moderation, and change its publication state. |
| phpMyFAQ 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in SvgSanitizer that allows users with FAQ_EDIT permission to bypass sanitization using XML DTD custom entities. Attackers can upload an SVG defining an entity that expands to javascript in an anchor href, executing script when viewers click it to hijack admin sessions. |
