CVSS v3.1 |
IBM Aspera Faspex 5.0.0 through 5.0.12 is vulnerable to HTML injection. A remote attacker could inject malicious HTML code, which when viewed, would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site. |
DNN (formerly DotNetNuke) is an open-source web content management platform (CMS) in the Microsoft ecosystem. The algorithm used to generate the captcha image shows the least complexity of the desired image. For this reason, the created image can be easily read by OCR tools, and the intruder can send automatic requests by building a robot and using this tool. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.13.8. |
HTML injection vulnerability in the registration interface in Evolution Consulting Kft. HRmaster module v235 allows an attacker to inject HTML tags into the "keresztnév" (firstname) field, which will be sent out in an email resulting in possible Phishing scenarios against any, previously not registered, email address. |
Citizen is a MediaWiki skin that makes extensions part of the cohesive experience. A user with the editmyprivateinfo right or who can otherwise change their name can XSS themselves by setting their "real name" to an XSS payload. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.31.0. |
IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.6, 2.3.36 iFix1, 2.3.3.7, 2.3.3.7 iFix1, 2.3.4.0, 2.3.4.1, and 2.3.4.1 iFix1 is vulnerable to HTML injection. A remote attacker could inject malicious HTML code, which when viewed, would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site. |
flaskBlog is a blog app built with Flask. In 2.8.0 and earlier, when creating a post, there's no validation of the content of the post stored in the variable "postContent". The vulnerability arises when displaying the content of the post using the | safe filter, that tells the engine to not escape the rendered content. This can lead to a stored XSS inside the content of the post. The code that causes the problem is in template/routes.html. |
flaskBlog is a blog app built with Flask. In 2.8.0 and earlier, an arbitrary user can change his role to "admin", giving its relative privileges (e.g. delete users, posts, comments etc.). The problem is in the routes/adminPanelUsers file. |
In JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2025.2 hTML injection was possible via Remote Development feature |
An HTML injection vulnerability exists in the Edit Content Layout module of Kirby CMS v4.1.0. NOTE: the vendor disputes the significance of this report because some HTML formatting (such as with an H1 element) is allowed, but there is backend sanitization such that the reporter's mentioned "injecting malicious scripts" would not occur. |
Shaarli is a minimalist bookmark manager and link sharing service. Prior to 0.15.0, the input string in the cloud tag page is not properly sanitized. This allows the </title> tag to be prematurely closed, leading to a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.15.0. |
aiohttp is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. A XSS vulnerability exists on index pages for static file handling. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.9.4. We have always recommended using a reverse proxy server (e.g. nginx) for serving static files. Users following the recommendation are unaffected. Other users can disable `show_index` if unable to upgrade. |
NamelessMC is a free, easy to use & powerful website software for Minecraft servers. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in NamelessMC before 2.2.3 allows remote authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the dashboard text editor component. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.2.4. |
NamelessMC is a free, easy to use & powerful website software for Minecraft servers. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in NamelessMC before 2.2.4 allows remote authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the default_keywords crafted parameter. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.2.4. |
A stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in Apache Superset's chart visualization. An authenticated user with permissions to edit charts can inject a malicious payload into a column's label. The payload is not properly sanitized and gets executed in the victim's browser when they hover over the chart, potentially leading to session hijacking or the execution of arbitrary commands on behalf of the user.
This issue affects Apache Superset: before 5.0.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.0.0, which fixes the issue. |
IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.5.0, 2.3.3.7, 2.3.3.7 iFix1 on Power and 2.3.3.6, 2.3.3.6 iFix1, 2.3.3.6 iFix2, 2.3.4.0, 2.3.4.1 on Intel operating systems is vulnerable to HTML injection. A remote attacker could inject malicious HTML code, which when viewed, would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site. |
IBM OpenPages with Watson 8.3 and 9.0 IBM OpenPages
is vulnerable to HTML injection, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input of text fields used to construct workflow email notifications. A remote authenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability using HTML tags in a text field of an object to inject malicious script into an email which would be executed in a victim's mail client within the security context of the OpenPages mail message. An attacker could use this for phishing or identity theft attacks. |
phpMyFAQ is an open source FAQ web application. Starting no later than version 3.2.10 and prior to version 4.0.2, an attacker can inject malicious HTML content into the FAQ editor at `http[:]//localhost/admin/index[.]php?action=editentry`, resulting in a complete disruption of the FAQ page's user interface. By injecting malformed HTML elements styled to cover the entire screen, an attacker can render the page unusable. This injection manipulates the page structure by introducing overlapping buttons, images, and iframes, breaking the intended layout and functionality. Exploiting this issue can lead to Denial of Service for legitimate users, damage to the user experience, and potential abuse in phishing or defacement attacks. Version 4.0.2 contains a patch for the vulnerability. |
Improper Neutralization of Script-Related HTML Tags in a Web Page (Basic XSS) vulnerability in RadiusTheme Classified Listing allows Code Injection. This issue affects Classified Listing: from n/a through 5.0.0. |
NVIDIA Triton Inference Server for Windows and Linux contains a vulnerability in the Python backend, where an attacker could cause an out-of-bounds write by sending a request. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to remote code execution, denial of service, data tampering, or information disclosure. |
