CVSS v3.1 |
| ServiceNow has addressed a Broken Access Control vulnerability that was identified in the ServiceNow AI Platform. This vulnerability could allow a low privileged user to bypass access controls and perform a limited set of actions typically reserved for higher privileged users, potentially leading to unauthorized data modifications. This issue is addressed in the listed patches and family releases, which have been made available to hosted and self-hosted customers, as well as partners. |
| An low privileged remote attacker in possession of the second factor for another user can login as that user without knowledge of the other user`s password. |
| Bluetooth LE and BR/EDR Secure Connections pairing and Secure Simple Pairing using the Passkey entry protocol in Bluetooth Core Specifications 2.1 through 5.3 may permit an unauthenticated man-in-the-middle attacker to identify the Passkey used during pairing by reflection of a crafted public key with the same X coordinate as the offered public key and by reflection of the authentication evidence of the initiating device, potentially permitting this attacker to complete authenticated pairing with the responding device using the correct Passkey for the pairing session. This is a related issue to CVE-2020-26558. |
| An authorization bypass through user-controlled key vulnerability affecting 3DSwym in 3DSwymer on Release 3DEXPERIENCE R2024x allows an authenticated attacker to access some unauthorized data. |
| Incorrect behavior order for some Intel(R) Core™ Ultra Processors may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via physical access. |
| Vyper is the Pythonic Programming Language for the Ethereum Virtual Machine. In versions up to and including 0.4.2rc1, `concat()` may skip evaluation of side effects when the length of an argument is zero. This is due to a fastpath in the implementation which skips evaluation of argument expressions when their length is zero. In practice, it would be very unusual in user code to construct zero-length bytestrings using an expression with side-effects, since zero-length bytestrings are typically constructed with the empty literal `b""`; the only way to construct an empty bytestring which has side effects would be with the ternary operator introduced in v0.3.8, e.g. `b"" if self.do_some_side_effect() else b""`. The fix is available in pull request 4644 and expected to be part of the 0.4.2 release. As a workaround, don't have side effects in expressions which construct zero-length bytestrings. |
| SingularityCE and SingularityPRO are open source container platforms. Prior to SingularityCE 4.3.5 and SingularityPRO 4.1.11 and 4.3.5, if a user relies on LSM restrictions to prevent malicious operations then, under certain circumstances, an attacker can redirect the LSM label write operation so that it is ineffective. The attacker must cause the user to run a malicious container image that redirects the mount of /proc to the destination of a shared mount, either known to be configured on the target system, or that will be specified by the user when running the container. The attacker must also control the content of the shared mount, for example through another malicious container which also binds it, or as a user with relevant permissions on the host system it is bound from. This vulnerability is fixed in SingularityCE 4.3.5 and SingularityPRO 4.1.11 and 4.3.5. |
| atop through 2.11.0 allows local users to cause a denial of service (e.g., assertion failure and application exit) or possibly have unspecified other impact by running certain types of unprivileged processes while a different user runs atop. |
| Strapi uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication. After logout or account deactivation, the JWT is not invalidated, which allows an attacker who has stolen or intercepted the token to freely reuse it until its expiration date (which is set to 30 days by default, but can be changed).
The existence of /admin/renew-token endpoint allows anyone to renew near-expiration tokens indefinitely, further increasing the impact of this attack.
This issue has been fixed in version 5.24.1. |
| URL Redirection to Untrusted Site ('Open Redirect') vulnerability in Bunkerity Bunker Web on Linux allows Phishing. This issue affects Bunker Web: 1.6.2. |
| MSN Password Recovery 1.30 contains an XML external entity injection vulnerability that allows attackers to read local system files through crafted XML input. Attackers can exploit the 'Favorites' tab by injecting a malicious XML file that references external entities to retrieve sensitive system configuration information. |
| A vulnerability exists in the Rockwell Automation Emulate3D™, which could be leveraged to execute a DLL Hijacking attack. The application loads shared libraries, which are readable and writable by any user. If exploited, a malicious user could leverage a malicious dll and perform a remote code execution attack. |
| In some circumstances, when DNSdist is configured to allow an unlimited number of queries on a single, incoming TCP connection from a client, an attacker can cause a denial of service by crafting a TCP exchange that triggers an exhaustion of the stack and a crash of DNSdist, causing a denial of service.
The remedy is: upgrade to the patched 1.9.10 version.
A workaround is to restrict the maximum number of queries on incoming TCP connections to a safe value, like 50, via the setMaxTCPQueriesPerConnection setting.
We would like to thank Renaud Allard for bringing this issue to our attention. |
| TEIGarage is a webservice and RESTful service to transform, convert and validate various formats, focussing on the TEI format. The Document Conversion Service contains a critical XML External Entity (XXE) Injection vulnerability in its document conversion functionality. The service processes XML files during the conversion process but fails to disable external entity processing, allowing an attacker to read arbitrary files from the server's filesystem. This vulnerability could allow attackers to read sensitive files from the server's filesystem, potentially exposing configuration files, credentials, or other confidential information. Additionally, depending on the server configuration, this could potentially be used to perform server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks by making the server connect to internal services. This issue is patched in version 1.2.4. A workaround for this vulnerability includes disabling external entity processing in the XML parser by setting the appropriate security features (e.g., XMLConstants.FEATURE_SECURE_PROCESSING). |
| OpenSearch Dashboards Security Plugin adds a configuration management UI for the OpenSearch Security features to OpenSearch Dashboards. Improper validation of the nextUrl parameter can lead to external redirect on login to OpenSearch-Dashboards for specially crafted parameters. A patch is available in 1.3.19 and 2.16.0 for this issue. |
| FelixRiddle dev-jobs-handlebars 1.0 uses absolute password-reset (magic) links using the untrusted `req.headers.host` header and forces the `http://` scheme. An attacker who can control the `Host` header (or exploit a misconfigured proxy/load-balancer that forwards the header unchanged) can cause reset links to point to attacker-controlled domains or be delivered via insecure HTTP, enabling token theft, phishing, and account takeover. |
| Use of potentially dangerous function issue exists in Ricoh Streamline NX PC Client. If this vulnerability is exploited, files in the PC where the product is installed may be altered. |
| Better Auth is an authentication and authorization library for TypeScript. An open redirect has been found in the originCheck middleware function, which affects the following routes: /verify-email, /reset-password/:token, /delete-user/callback, /magic-link/verify, /oauth-proxy-callback. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.10. |
| New Site Server developed by CyberTutor has a Use of Client-Side Authentication vulnerability, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to modify the frontend code to gain administrator privileges on the website. |
| The Shortcodes for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.4 via the 'SHORTCODE_ELEMENTOR' shortcode due to insufficient restrictions on which posts can be included. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to extract data from private and draft posts created with Elementor that they should not have access to. |
