CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability in the TCP proxy functionality for Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the device to restart unexpectedly, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. The vulnerability is due to an error in TCP-based packet inspection, which could cause the TCP packet to have an invalid Layer 2 (L2)-formatted header. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted TCP packet sequence to the targeted device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a DoS condition. |
| A vulnerability in the WebVPN service of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to improper management of authenticated sessions in the WebVPN portal. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by authenticating with valid credentials and accessing a specific URL in the WebVPN portal. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the device to reload, resulting in a temporary DoS condition. |
| A vulnerability in the detection engine of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to send data directly to the kernel of an affected device. The vulnerability exists because the software improperly filters Ethernet frames sent to an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted packets to the management interface of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass the Layer 2 (L2) filters and send data directly to the kernel of the affected device. A malicious frame successfully delivered would make the target device generate a specific syslog entry. |
| A vulnerability in the web services of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software, Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software, Cisco IOS Software, Cisco IOS XE Software, and Cisco IOS XR Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker (Cisco ASA and FTD Software) or authenticated, remote attacker (Cisco IOS, IOS XE, and IOS XR Software) with low user privileges to execute arbitrary code on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper validation of user-supplied input in HTTP requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests to a targeted web service on an affected device after obtaining additional information about the system, overcoming exploit mitigations, or both. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code as root, which may lead to the complete compromise of the affected device.
For more information about this vulnerability, see the Details ["#details"] section of this advisory. |
| Update: On November 5, 2025, Cisco became aware of a new attack variant against devices running Cisco Secure ASA Software or Cisco Secure FTD Software releases that are affected by CVE-2025-20333 and CVE-2025-20362. This attack can cause unpatched devices to unexpectedly reload, leading to denial of service (DoS) conditions. Cisco strongly recommends that all customers upgrade to the fixed software releases that are listed in the Fixed Software ["#fs"] section of this advisory.
A vulnerability in the VPN web server of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to access restricted URL endpoints that are related to remote access VPN that should otherwise be inaccessible without authentication.
This vulnerability is due to improper validation of user-supplied input in HTTP(S) requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests to a targeted web server on a device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to access a restricted URL without authentication. |
| A vulnerability in the Internet Key Exchange version 2 (IKEv2) protocol processing of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software, Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software, Cisco IOS Software, and Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient input validation when processing IKEv2 messages. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted IKEv2 traffic to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the device to reload, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected device. |
| IBM Cognos Analytics 12.1.3 GA Version with build number through 12.1.3-2606251736 could allow an attacker to obtain incorrect report summary results or cause report-processing failures due to a race condition in the Agentic AI assistant's concurrent request-handling logic when multiple authenticated users submit report-related tasks simultaneously. |
| Acrobat Reader is affected by a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an os command ('os command injection') in GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio Code allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| In Eclipse OpenJ9 versions up to 0.60, using -Xtrace to trace method arguments can lead to buffer underflow. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: qualcomm: rmnet: fix endpoint use-after-free in rmnet_dellink()
rmnet_dellink() removes the endpoint from the hash table with
hlist_del_init_rcu() and then immediately frees it with kfree(). However,
RCU readers on the receive path (rmnet_rx_handler ->
__rmnet_map_ingress_handler) may still hold a reference to the endpoint and
dereference ep->egress_dev after the memory has been freed. The endpoint is
a kmalloc-32 object, and the stale read at offset 8 corresponds to the
egress_dev pointer.

Add an rcu_head field to struct rmnet_endpoint and replace kfree() with
kfree_rcu() so the endpoint memory remains valid through the RCU grace
period. Also remove the rmnet_vnd_dellink() call and inline only the
nr_rmnet_devs decrement, since rmnet_vnd_dellink() would set
ep->egress_dev to NULL during the grace period, creating a data race
with lockless readers. |
| In Eclipse OMR versions up to 0.11, the arraycmp SIMD implementation for Z and P does not check if the number of bytes to compare is zero. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: team: fix NULL pointer dereference in team_xmit during mode change
__team_change_mode() clears team->ops with memset() before restoring
safe dummy handlers via team_adjust_ops(). A concurrent team_xmit()
running under RCU on another CPU can read team->ops.transmit during
this window and call a NULL function pointer, crashing the kernel.
The race requires a mode change (CAP_NET_ADMIN) concurrent with
transmit on the team device.

The original code assumed that no ports means no traffic, so mode
changes could freely memset()/memcpy() the ops. AF_PACKET with
forced carrier breaks that assumption.
Prevent the race instead of making it safe: replace memset()/memcpy()
with per-field updates that never touch transmit or receive. Those
two handlers are managed solely by team_adjust_ops(), which already
installs dummies when tx_en_port_count == 0 (always true during mode
change since no ports are present). WRITE_ONCE/READ_ONCE prevent
store/load tearing on the handler pointers.
synchronize_net() before exit_op() drains in-flight readers that may
still reference old mode state from before port removal switched the
handlers to dummies. |
| In Eclipse hawkBit versions 1.0.3 and prior, a privilege escalation vulnerability (CWE-284 / CWE-862) has been identified in the Direct Device Integration (DDI) Controller.
This vulnerability allows an authenticated device to escalate its permissions and bypass the strict boundaries of its assigned updates. Under normal operation, a device should be restricted strictly to the specific firmware artifacts explicitly assigned to it. However, this flaw enables any authenticated device to bypass this restriction and download any firmware artifact within the same tenant.
This is not an authentication bypass; the requesting device must possess valid credentials for its respective tenant. Instead, the issue stems from a flaw in object-level authorization validation.
A related, lower-severity helper issue exists in the listing software modules artifacts metadata endpoint. This endpoint does not enforce assignment checks, enabling an authenticated device to list and enumerate available firmware artifacts, which can facilitate targeted exfiltration using the main download authorization bypass. |
| Heap type confusion and out-of-bounds read/write in the Apache Fory C++ implementation. When deserializing data in compatible mode, the field-skip paths do not correctly validate the declared field types against the actual data, so input with an inconsistent schema can cause type confusion and out-of-bounds memory access. Only the C++ implementation is affected; other language implementations of Apache Fory are not.
This issue affects Apache Fory C++: from 0.14.0 before 1.4.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.4.0, which fixes the issue. |
| DNG SDK versions 1.7.1 2536 and earlier are affected by a Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Process Manufacturing Logistics product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Process Manufacturing Logistics. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Process Manufacturing Logistics accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Process Manufacturing Logistics accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.1 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:N). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
i2c: i801: fix hardware state machine corruption in error path
A severe livelock and subsequent Hung Task panic were observed in the
i2c-i801 driver during concurrent Fuzzing. The crash is caused by an
unconditional hardware register cleanup in the error handling path of
i801_access().
When i801_check_pre() fails (e.g., returning -EBUSY because the SMBus
controller is actively used by BIOS/ACPI), the kernel does not actually
acquire the hardware ownership. However, the code jumps to the 'out'
label and executes:
iowrite8(SMBHSTSTS_INUSE_STS | STATUS_FLAGS, SMBHSTSTS(priv));
This forcefully clears the INUSE_STS lock and resets the hardware status
flags without owning the controller. Doing so interrupts ongoing BIOS/ACPI
transactions and totally corrupts the SMBus hardware state machine.
Consequently, all subsequent i801_access() calls fail at the pre-check
stage, triggering an endless stream of "SMBus is busy, can't use it!"
error logs. Over a slow serial console, this printk flood monopolizes
the CPU (Console Livelock), starving other processes trying to acquire
the mmap_lock down_read semaphore, ultimately triggering the hung task
watchdog.
Fix this by moving the 'out' label below the hardware register cleanup.
If i801_check_pre() fails, we safely bypass the iowrite8() and only
release the software locks (pm_runtime and mutex), strictly adhering to
the rule of not releasing resources that were never acquired. |
| A flaw was found in the `odh-model-controller`. An authenticated user with permissions to create custom resources can exploit a vulnerability in the `loadSecret` function. This function improperly reads the Secret namespace from user-controlled input without validation. This allows an attacker to read sensitive API keys and cloud credentials from other namespaces, leading to information disclosure. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/sched: dualpi2: fix GSO backlog accounting
When DualPI2 splits a GSO skb into N segments, it propagates N
additional packets to its parent before returning NET_XMIT_SUCCESS.
The parent then accounts for the original skb once more, leaving its
qlen one larger than the number of packets actually queued.
With QFQ as the parent, after all real packets are dequeued, QFQ still
has a non-zero qlen while its in-service aggregate has no active
classes. qfq_choose_next_agg() returns NULL and qfq_dequeue() passes
the result to qfq_peek_skb(), causing a NULL pointer dereference.
Follow the same pattern used by tbf_segment() and taprio: count only
successfully queued segments, propagate the difference between the
original skb and those segments, and return NET_XMIT_SUCCESS whenever
at least one segment was queued. |
