CVE-2021-3715 2 Linux, Redhat 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 2 more 2024-08-03 7.8 High
A flaw was found in the "Routing decision" classifier in the Linux kernel's Traffic Control networking subsystem in the way it handled changing of classification filters, leading to a use-after-free condition. This flaw allows unprivileged local users to escalate their privileges on the system. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to confidentiality, integrity, as well as system availability.
CVE-2021-3656 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 31 Fedora, Linux Kernel, 3scale Api Management and 28 more 2024-08-03 8.8 High
A flaw was found in the KVM's AMD code for supporting SVM nested virtualization. The flaw occurs when processing the VMCB (virtual machine control block) provided by the L1 guest to spawn/handle a nested guest (L2). Due to improper validation of the "virt_ext" field, this issue could allow a malicious L1 to disable both VMLOAD/VMSAVE intercepts and VLS (Virtual VMLOAD/VMSAVE) for the L2 guest. As a result, the L2 guest would be allowed to read/write physical pages of the host, resulting in a crash of the entire system, leak of sensitive data or potential guest-to-host escape.

A flaw double-free memory corruption in the Linux kernel HCI device initialization subsystem was found in the way user attach malicious HCI TTY Bluetooth device. A local user could use this flaw to crash the system. This flaw affects all the Linux kernel versions starting from 3.13.
CVE-2021-3573 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2024-08-03 6.4 Medium
A use-after-free in function hci_sock_bound_ioctl() of the Linux kernel HCI subsystem was found in the way user calls ioct HCIUNBLOCKADDR or other way triggers race condition of the call hci_unregister_dev() together with one of the calls hci_sock_blacklist_add(), hci_sock_blacklist_del(), hci_get_conn_info(), hci_get_auth_info(). A privileged local user could use this flaw to crash the system or escalate their privileges on the system. This flaw affects the Linux kernel versions prior to 5.13-rc5.
CVE-2021-3347 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 1 more 10 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 7 more 2024-08-03 7.8 High
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.10.11. PI futexes have a kernel stack use-after-free during fault handling, allowing local users to execute code in the kernel, aka CID-34b1a1ce1458.
CVE-2021-0920 3 Debian, Google, Redhat 10 Debian Linux, Android, Enterprise Linux and 7 more 2024-08-03 6.4 Medium
In unix_scm_to_skb of af_unix.c, there is a possible use after free bug due to a race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android kernelAndroid ID: A-196926917References: Upstream kernel
CVE-2022-43750 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 6 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2024-08-03 6.7 Medium
drivers/usb/mon/mon_bin.c in usbmon in the Linux kernel before 5.19.15 and 6.x before 6.0.1 allows a user-space client to corrupt the monitor's internal memory.
CVE-2022-42896 2 Linux, Redhat 8 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 5 more 2024-08-03 8 High
There are use-after-free vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel's net/bluetooth/l2cap_core.c's l2cap_connect and l2cap_le_connect_req functions which may allow code execution and leaking kernel memory (respectively) remotely via Bluetooth. A remote attacker could execute code leaking kernel memory via Bluetooth if within proximity of the victim. CVE-2022-42703 2 Linux, Redhat 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus and 2 more 2024-08-03 5.5 Medium
mm/rmap.c in the Linux kernel before 5.19.7 has a use-after-free related to leaf anon_vma double reuse.
CVE-2022-40982 5 Debian, Intel, Netapp and 2 more 1058 Debian Linux, Celeron 5205u, Celeron 5205u Firmware and 1055 more 2024-08-03 6.5 Medium
Information exposure through microarchitectural state after transient execution in certain vector execution units for some Intel(R) Processors may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access.
CVE-2022-32250 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 20 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 17 more 2024-08-03 7.8 High
net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c in the Linux kernel through 5.18.1 allows a local user (able to create user/net namespaces) to escalate privileges to root because an incorrect NFT_STATEFUL_EXPR check leads to a use-after-free.
CVE-2022-29901 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Intel and 3 more 258 Debian Linux, Fedora, Core I3-6100 and 255 more 2024-08-03 5.6 Medium
Intel microprocessor generations 6 to 8 are affected by a new Spectre variant that is able to bypass their retpoline mitigation in the kernel to leak arbitrary data. An attacker with unprivileged user access can hijack return instructions to achieve arbitrary speculative code execution under certain microarchitecture-dependent conditions.
