CVSS v3.1 |
Buffer over-read in PostgreSQL GB18030 encoding validation allows a database input provider to achieve temporary denial of service on platforms where a 1-byte over-read can elicit process termination. This affects the database server and also libpq. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.5, 16.9, 15.13, 14.18, and 13.21 are affected.
pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. In versions prior to 0.5.0b3.dev91, pyLoad web interface contained insufficient input validation in both the Captcha script endpoint and the Click'N'Load (CNL) Blueprint. This flaw allowed untrusted user input to be processed unsafely, which could be exploited by an attacker to inject arbitrary content into the web UI or manipulate request handling. The vulnerability could lead to client-side code execution (XSS) or other unintended behaviors when a malicious payload is submitted. user-supplied parameters from HTTP requests were not adequately validated or sanitized before being passed into the application logic and response generation. This allowed crafted input to alter the expected execution flow. CNL (Click'N'Load) blueprint exposed unsafe handling of untrusted parameters in HTTP requests. The application did not consistently enforce input validation or encoding, making it possible for an attacker to craft malicious requests. Version 0.5.0b3.dev91 contains a patch for the issue.
| ArduinoCore-avr contains the source code and configuration files of the Arduino AVR Boards platform. A vulnerability in versions prior to 1.8.7 allows an attacker to trigger a stack-based buffer overflow when converting floating-point values to strings with high precision. By passing very large `decimalPlaces` values to the affected String constructors or concat methods, the `dtostrf` function writes beyond fixed-size stack buffers, causing memory corruption and denial of service. Under specific conditions, this could enable arbitrary code execution on AVR-based Arduino boards.

A flaw was found in CIRCL's implementation of the FourQ elliptic curve. This vulnerability allows an attacker to compromise session security via low-order point injection and incorrect point validation during Diffie-Hellman key exchange.
PostgreSQL optimizer statistics allow a user to read sampled data within a view that the user cannot access. Separately, statistics allow a user to read sampled data that a row security policy intended to hide. PostgreSQL maintains statistics for tables by sampling data available in columns; this data is consulted during the query planning process. Prior to this release, a user could craft a leaky operator that bypassed view access control lists (ACLs) and bypassed row security policies in partitioning or table inheritance hierarchies. Reachable statistics data notably included histograms and most-common-values lists. CVE-2017-7484 and CVE-2019-10130 intended to close this class of vulnerability, but this gap remained. Versions before PostgreSQL 17.6, 16.10, 15.14, 14.19, and 13.22 are affected.
On the exos 9300 server, a SOAP API is reachable on port 8002. This API does not require any authentication prior to sending requests. Therefore, network access to the exos server allows e.g. the creation of arbitrary access log events as well as querying the 2FA PINs associated with the enrolled chip cards.
Control Center PRO 6.2.9 contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the user creation module's username field that allows attackers to overwrite Structured Exception Handler (SEH). Attackers can craft a malicious payload exceeding 664 bytes to inject shellcode and potentially execute arbitrary code on vulnerable Windows systems.
iNetTools for iOS 8.20 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the Whois feature that allows attackers to crash the application by manipulating input. Attackers can paste a specially crafted 98-character buffer into the Domain Name field to trigger an application crash.
Exporting a TPM based RSA key larger than 2048 bits from the TPM could overrun a stack buffer if the default `MAX_RSA_KEY_BITS=2048` is used. If your TPM 2.0 module supports RSA key sizes larger than 2048 bit and your applications supports creating or importing an RSA private or public key larger than 2048 bits and your application calls `wolfTPM2_RsaKey_TpmToWolf` on that key, then a stack buffer could be overrun. If the `MAX_RSA_KEY_BITS` build-time macro is set correctly (RSA bits match what TPM hardware is capable of) for the hardware target, then a stack overrun is not possible.
FTP Commander Pro 8.03 contains a local stack overflow vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by overwriting the EIP register through a custom command input. Attackers can craft a malicious payload of 4108 bytes to overwrite memory and execute shellcode, demonstrating remote code execution potential.
AVS Audio Converter 9.1 contains a local buffer overflow vulnerability that allows local attackers to overwrite CPU registers by manipulating the 'Exit folder' input field. Attackers can craft a specially designed text file with 264 bytes of padding followed by register overwrite values to compromise the application and potentially execute arbitrary code.
A vulnerability exists in the 'counterpart' library for Node.js and the browser due to insufficient sanitization of user-controlled input in translation key processing. The affected versions prior to 0.18.6 allow attackers to manipulate the library's translation functionality by supplying maliciously crafted keys containing prototype chain elements (e.g., __proto__ ), leading to prototype pollution. This weakness enables adversaries to inject arbitrary properties into the JavaScript Object prototype through the first parameter of the translate method when combined with specific separator configurations, potentially resulting in denial-of-service conditions or remote code execution in vulnerable applications. The issue arises from the library's failure to properly validate or neutralize special characters in translation key inputs before processing.
Svelte devalue is a utility library. Prior to version 5.3.2, a string passed to devalue.parse could represent an object with a __proto__ property and devalue.parse does not check that an index is numeric. This could result in assigning prototypes to objects and properties, leading to prototype pollution. This issue has been fixed in version 5.3.2
A vulnerability has been identified in PS/IGES Parasolid Translator Component (All versions < V29.0.258), Solid Edge (All versions < V226.00 Update 03). The affected applications contains an out of bounds read vulnerability while parsing specially crafted IGS files. This could allow an attacker to crash the application or execute code in the context of the current process. (ZDI-CAN-26755)
During a short time frame while the device is booting an unauthenticated remote attacker can send traffic to unauthorized networks due to the switch operating in an undefined state until a CPU-induced reset allows proper configuration.
CubeAPM nightly-2025-08-01-1 allow unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary log entries into production systems via the /api/logs/insert/elasticsearch/_bulk endpoint. This endpoint accepts bulk log data without requiring authentication or input validation, allowing remote attackers to perform unauthorized log injection. Exploitation may lead to false log entries, log poisoning, alert obfuscation, and potential performance degradation of the observability pipeline. The issue is present in the core CubeAPM platform and is not limited to specific deployment configurations.
The webserver is vulnerable to a denial of service condition. An unauthenticated remote attacker can craft a special GET request with an over-long content-length to trigger the issue without affecting the core functionality.
An unauthenticated remote attacker may use a stack based buffer overflow in the u-link Management API to gain full access on the affected devices.
Post-authenticated external control of system web interface configuration setting vulnerability in Danfoss AK-SM8xxA Series prior to 4.3.1, which could allow for a denial of service attack induced by improper handling of exceptional conditions
| The CS5000 Fire Panel is vulnerable due to a default account that exists
on the panel. Even though it is possible to change this by SSHing into
the device, it has remained unchanged on every installed system
observed. This account is not root but holds high-level permissions that
could severely impact the device's operation if exploited. |
