CVSS v3.1 |
Positive Technologies MaxPatrol 8 and XSpider contain a remote denial-of-service vulnerability in the client communication service on TCP port 2002. The service generates a new session identifier for each incoming connection without adequately limiting concurrent requests. An unauthenticated remote attacker can repeatedly issue HTTPS requests to the service, causing excessive allocation of session identifiers. Under load, session identifier collisions may occur, forcing active client sessions to disconnect and resulting in service disruption.
The Libreswan Project was notified of an issue causing libreswan to restart under some IKEv2 retransmit scenarios when a connection is configured to use PreSharedKeys (authby=secret) and the connection cannot find a matching configured secret. When such a connection is automatically added on startup using the auto= keyword, it can cause repeated crashes leading to a Denial of Service.
A flaw in libtasn1 causes inefficient handling of specific certificate data. When processing a large number of elements in a certificate, libtasn1 takes much longer than expected, which can slow down or even crash the system. This flaw allows an attacker to send a specially crafted certificate, causing a denial of service attack.
A DOS vulnerability in RSFiles! component 1.16.3-1.17.7 Joomla was discovered. The issue allows unauthenticated remote attackers to deny access to service via the search feature.
An issue in the HistoryQosPolicy component of FastDDS v2.12.x, v2.11.x, v2.10.x, and v2.6.x leads to a SIGABRT (signal abort) upon receiving DataWriter's data.
The multiScan and picoScan are vulnerable to a denial-of-service (DoS) attack. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by conducting a Slowloris-type attack, causing the web page to become unresponsive.
The Lotus Cars Android app (com.lotus.carsdomestic.intl) 1.2.8 contains an exported component, PushDeepLinkActivity, which is accessible without authentication via ADB or malicious apps. This poses a risk of unintended access to application internals and can cause denial of service or logic abuse.
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. In versions below 2.1.11 and 3.0.0 through 3.1.10, a specially crafted GIF file containing a malformed comment extension block (with a missing block terminator) can cause the ImageSharp GIF decoder to enter an infinite loop while attempting to skip the block. This leads to a denial of service. Applications processing untrusted GIF input should upgrade to a patched version. This issue is fixed in versions 2.1.11 and 3.1.11.
A prototype pollution in the function deepMerge of @stryker-mutator/util v8.6.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload.
Uncontrolled resource consumption for some Edge Orchestrator software before version 24.11.1 for Intel(R) Tiber(TM) Edge Platform may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via adjacent access.
Uncontrolled resource consumption for some Edge Orchestrator software before version 24.11.1 for Intel(R) Tiber(TM) Edge Platform may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via local access.
The DNS protocol in RFC 1035 and updates allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (resource consumption) by arranging for DNS queries to be accumulated for seconds, such that responses are later sent in a pulsing burst (which can be considered traffic amplification in some cases), aka the "DNSBomb" issue.
A vulnerability was found in NUUO Camera up to 20240319 and classified as problematic. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file /deletefile.php. The manipulation of the argument filename leads to denial of service. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier VDB-258197 was assigned to this vulnerability. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
An issue discovered in H3C Magic R365 and H3C Magic R100 routers allows attackers to hijack TCP sessions which could lead to a denial of service.
A prototype pollution in the lib.fromQuery function of underscore-contrib v0.3.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload.
erlang-jose (aka JOSE for Erlang and Elixir) through 1.11.6 allow attackers to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via a large p2c (aka PBES2 Count) value in a JOSE header.
A prototype pollution in the lib.createUploader function of @rpldy/uploader v1.8.1 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted payload.
** DISPUTED ** A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in Tuya SDK up to 5.0.x. Affected is an unknown function of the component MQTT Packet Handler. The manipulation leads to denial of service. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. Upgrading to version 5.1.0 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-260604. NOTE: The vendor explains that a malicious actor would have to crack TLS first or use a legitimate login to initiate the attack.
| SoftEtherVPN is a an open-source cross-platform multi-protocol VPN Program. When SoftEtherVPN is deployed with L2TP enabled on a device, it introduces the possibility of the host being used for amplification/reflection traffic generation because it will respond to every packet with two response packets that are larger than the request packet size. These sorts of techniques are used by external actors who generate spoofed source IPs to target a destination on the internet. This vulnerability has been patched in version 5.02.5185.

| A vulnerability in the Internet Key Exchange Version 2 (IKEv2) module of Cisco Secure Firewall Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Secure Firewall Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to trigger a memory leak, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition.
This vulnerability is due to improper parsing of IKEv2 packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a continuous stream of crafted IKEv2 packets to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to partially exhaust system memory, causing system instability like being unable to establish new IKEv2 VPN sessions. A manual reboot of the device is required to recover from this condition. |
