SCIM provisioning was introduced in Grafana Enterprise and Grafana Cloud in April to improve how organizations manage users and teams in Grafana by introducing automated user lifecycle management. In Grafana versions 12.x where SCIM provisioning is enabled and configured, a vulnerability in user identity handling allows a malicious or compromised SCIM client to provision a user with a numeric externalId, which in turn could allow to override internal user IDs and lead to impersonation or privilege escalation. Pyroscope is an open-source continuous profiling database. The database supports various storage backends, including Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS). If the database is configured to use Tencent COS as the storage backend, an attacker could extract the secret_key configuration value from the Pyroscope API. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker needs direct access to the Pyroscope API. We highly recommend limiting the public internet exposure of all our databases, such that they are only accessible by trusted users or internal systems. This vulnerability is fixed in versions: 1.15.x: 1.15.2 and above. 1.16.x: 1.16.1 and above. 1.17.x: 1.17.0 and above (i.e. all versions). A chained attack via SQL Expressions and a Grafana Enterprise plugin can lead to a remote arbitrary code execution impact (RCE). This is enabled by a feature in Grafana (OSS), so all users are always recommended to update to avoid future attack vectors going this path. Only instances with the sqlExpressions feature toggle enabled are vulnerable. Only instances in the following version ranges are affected: - 11.6.0 (inclusive) to 11.6.14 (exclusive): 11.6.14 has the fix. 11.5 and below are not affected. - 12.0.0 (inclusive) to 12.1.10 (exclusive): 12.1.10 has the fix. 12.0 did not receive an update, as it is end-of-life. - 12.2.0 (inclusive) to 12.2.8 (exclusive): 12.2.8 has the fix. - 12.3.0 (inclusive) to 12.3.6 (exclusive): 12.3.6 has the fix. - 12.4.0 (inclusive) to 12.4.2 (exclusive): 12.4.2 has the fix. 13.0.0 and above also have the fix: no v13 release is affected.

marimo is a reactive Python notebook. Prior to 0.23.0, Marimo has a Pre-Auth RCE vulnerability. The terminal WebSocket endpoint /terminal/ws lacks authentication validation, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to obtain a full PTY shell and execute arbitrary system commands. Unlike other WebSocket endpoints (e.g., /ws) that correctly call validate_auth() for authentication, the /terminal/ws endpoint only checks the running mode and platform support before accepting connections, completely skipping authentication verification. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.23.0.

CF Image Hosting Script 1.6.5 allows unauthenticated attackers to download and decode the application database by accessing the imgdb.db file in the upload/data directory. Attackers can extract delete IDs stored in plaintext from the deserialized database and use them to delete all pictures via the d parameter.

Claude Code is an agentic coding tool. Prior to version 2.1.64, Claude Code's sandbox did not prevent sandboxed processes from creating symlinks pointing to locations outside the workspace. When Claude Code subsequently wrote to a path within such a symlink, its unsandboxed process followed the symlink and wrote to the target location outside the workspace without prompting the user for confirmation. This allowed a sandbox escape where neither the sandboxed command nor the unsandboxed app could independently write outside the workspace, but their combination could write to arbitrary locations, potentially leading to code execution outside the sandbox. Reliably exploiting this required the ability to add untrusted content into a Claude Code context window to trigger sandboxed code execution via prompt injection. Users on standard Claude Code auto-update have received this fix automatically. Users performing manual updates are advised to update to version 2.1.64 or later.

qui is a web interface for managing qBittorrent instances. Versions 1.14.1 and below use a permissive CORS policy that reflects arbitrary origins while also returning Access-Control-Allow-Credentials: true, effectively allowing any external webpage to make authenticated requests on behalf of a logged-in user. An attacker can exploit this by tricking a victim into loading a malicious webpage, which silently interacts with the application using the victim's session and potentially exfiltrating sensitive data such as API keys and account credentials, or even achieving full system compromise through the built-in External Programs manager. Exploitation requires that the victim access the application via a non-localhost hostname and load an attacker-controlled webpage, making highly targeted social-engineering attacks the most likely real-world scenario. This issue was not fixed at the time of publication.

Spinnaker is an open source, multi-cloud continuous delivery platform. Echo like some other services, uses SPeL (Spring Expression Language) to process information - specifically around expected artifacts. In versions prior to 2026.1.0, 2026.0.1, 2025.4.2, and 2025.3.2, unlike orca, it was NOT restricting that context to a set of trusted classes, but allowing FULL JVM access. This enabled a user to use arbitrary java classes which allow deep access to the system. This enabled the ability to invoke commands, access files, etc. Versions 2026.1.0, 2026.0.1, 2025.4.2, and 2025.3.2 contain a patch. As a workaround, disable echo entirely.

In versions prior to 2026.1.0, 2026.0.1, 2025.4.2, and 2025.3.2, a bad actor can execute arbitrary commands very simply on the clouddriver pods. This can expose credentials, remove files, or inject resources easily. Versions 2026.1.0, 2026.0.1, 2025.4.2, and 2025.3.2 contain a patch. As a workaround, disable the gitrepo artifact types.

Jellyfin is an open source self hosted media server. Versions prior to 10.11.7 contain a vulnerability chain in the subtitle upload endpoint (POST /Videos/{itemId}/Subtitles), where the Format field is not validated, allowing path traversal via the file extension and enabling arbitrary file write. This arbitrary file write can be chained into arbitrary file read via .strm files, database extraction, admin privilege escalation, and ultimately remote code execution as root via ld.so.preload. Exploitation requires an administrator account or a user that has been explicitly granted the "Upload Subtitles" permission. This issue has been fixed in version 10.11.7. If users are unable to upgrade immediately, they can grant non-administrator users Subtitle upload permissions to reduce attack surface.

OpenRemote is an open-source IoT platform. Versions 1.21.0 and below contain two interrelated expression injection vulnerabilities in the rules engine that allow arbitrary code execution on the server. The JavaScript rules engine executes user-supplied scripts via Nashorn's ScriptEngine.eval() without sandboxing, class filtering, or access restrictions, and the authorization check in RulesResourceImpl only restricts Groovy rules to superusers while leaving JavaScript rules unrestricted for any user with the write:rules role. Additionally, the Groovy rules engine has a GroovyDenyAllFilter security filter that is defined but never registered, as the registration code is commented out, rendering the SandboxTransformer ineffective for superuser-created Groovy rules. A non-superuser attacker with the write:rules role can create JavaScript rulesets that execute with full JVM access, enabling remote code execution as root, arbitrary file read, environment variable theft including database credentials, and complete multi-tenant isolation bypass to access data across all realms. This issue has been fixed in version 1.22.0.

FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.213, attachment download tokens are generated using a weak and predictable formula: `md5(APP_KEY + attachment_id + size)`. Since attachment_id is sequential and size can be brute-forced in a small range, an unauthenticated attacker can forge valid tokens and download any private attachment without credentials. Version 1.8.213 fixes the issue.

PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C. In 2.16 and earlier, a stack buffer overflow exists in pjsip_auth_create_digest2() in PJSIP when using pre-computed digest credentials (PJSIP_CRED_DATA_DIGEST). The function copies credential data using cred_info->data.slen as the length without an upper-bound check, which can overflow the fixed-size ha1 stack buffer (128 bytes) if data.slen exceeds the expected digest string length.

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, due to unsafe serialization of stdio commands in the MCP adapter, an authenticated attacker can add an MCP stdio server with an arbitrary command, achieving command execution. The vulnerability lies in a bug in the input sanitization from the “Custom MCP” configuration in http://localhost:3000/canvas - where any user can add a new MCP, when doing so - adding a new MCP using stdio, the user can add any command, even though your code have input sanitization checks such as validateCommandInjection and validateArgsForLocalFileAccess, and a list of predefined specific safe commands - these commands, for example "npx" can be combined with code execution arguments ("-c touch /tmp/pwn") that enable direct code execution on the underlying OS. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.
