CVSS v3.1 |
| The LearnPress – WordPress LMS Plugin for Create and Sell Online Courses plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'orderby' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. |
| The Ivory Search – WordPress Search Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 's' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.18 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that the targeted search form has the 'Highlight Search Terms' option enabled by an administrator, and that the malicious search query returns at least one post result. |
| The Ad Inserter – Ad Manager & AdSense Ads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via 's' Search Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.18 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires that a site administrator has configured at least one Ad Inserter block using the {title} or {short-title} placeholder with that block enabled for search pages, which is a standard, documented plugin feature. |
| The Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via URL in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires the victim to be on a mobile user-agent and to click the WeChat share icon, though once the dialog opens, script execution is automatic and requires no further user interaction. |
| The W3 Total Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment Content via Output-Buffer Regex Rewrite in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is only exploitable when the 'Remove query strings from static resources' option is enabled in W3 Total Cache, as mutate_url() must strip the '?' delimiter and everything following it — including the closing quote of the outer attribute — to break the attribute boundary. |
| The Extendify plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'styles.blocks' Block Type Key in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because registerIncoming() is hooked on rest_request_before_callbacks and runs before WordPress evaluates the route's permission_callback, meaning any unauthenticated POST, PUT, or PATCH request to a /wp/v2/global-styles route can trigger the vulnerable code path. |

Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue. |
| The Ad Inserter – Ad Manager & AdSense Ads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the Referer header in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.18 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on the '{search-query}' dynamic tag. When an ad block's code contains that tag, replace_ai_tags() reads $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] and tests it with the regex /[\.\/](google|yahoo|bing|ask)\.[a-z\.]{2,5}[\/]/i. The leading [\.\/] class matches a literal slash, so any referrer merely containing a segment such as '/google.com/' passes as a search-engine referral; the plugin then percent-decodes the referring query with parse_str() and substitutes the resulting 'q' (or 'p') value into the block via preg_replace() with no escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the site for any visitor, including a signed-in administrator, by luring them to an attacker-controlled page that frames or links to any ordinary post. Exploitation requires the site to have an ad block whose code uses the '{search-query}' tag with automatic insertion enabled — a documented plugin feature used as intended. |
| The Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File/Directory Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 6.3.316. This is due to the `super_save_form` AJAX handler performing no capability check — allowing Subscriber-level authenticated users to create or modify Super Forms and enable the `file_upload_submission_delete` setting — combined with the `super_submit_form` handler's `submit_form` function passing the attacker-controlled `files[].subdir` value from `$_POST['data']` directly into `SUPER_Common::delete_dir()` without sanitization, and a trivially bypassed `ABSPATH` guard that a `subdir` value of `wp-config.php` defeats because `dirname(realpath(ABSPATH . $subdir))` resolves to the WordPress root while the naive `ABSPATH !== $dir` string check fails to match due to a trailing-slash mismatch. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to recursively delete arbitrary files and directories on the server, up to and including the entire WordPress installation, resulting in full site takedown and potential remote code execution if critical files such as `wp-config.php` are removed and the site is subsequently re-installed by another party. |
| The Advanced Woo Labels – Product Labels & Badges for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to an improperly secure capability check on the 'save_meta_boxes' function in all versions up to, and including, 2.51. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to create AWS labels that are rendered without proper escaping. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 2.46. |
| The BA Book Everything plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'booking_service_qty' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.28 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires that an administrator or other privileged user opens the injected order record in the plugin's wp-admin order management area, which is the plugin's ordinary order-review workflow. |
| The Magic Tooltips For Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'author' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.34 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because the plugin's esc_html filter callback decodes HTML-entity-encoded payloads (e.g. those containing '<tip>') back into live HTML, meaning an entity-encoded script payload submitted as a comment author name — which bypasses sanitize_text_field — is rendered as executable markup when an administrator views wp-admin/edit-comments.php. |
| The Calculated Fields Form – AI Form Builder for WordPress – Contact, Payment, Quote, Quiz & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'x (attacker-chosen name matching the form's url.<name> predefined value)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.1.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires that the targeted form has a Text Area field configured with a 'url.<name>' Predefined Value and predefinedClick disabled, which is a documented and commonly used plugin feature. |
| The Jeg Kit for Elementor – Powerful Addons for Elementor, Widgets & Templates for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.19 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Immediate persistence without moderator approval is possible when the attacker submits from an email address with at least one previously approved comment, though the widened allowlist bypasses sanitization regardless of approval status. |
| The Kubio AI Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ASoC: amd: yc: fix memory leak in acp6x_pdm_dma_close()
acp6x_pdm_dma_close() does not free the runtime->private_data buffer
allocated in acp6x_pdm_dma_open(). Add the missing kfree. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nvme-apple: Prevent shared tags across queues on Apple A11
On Apple A11, tags of pending commands must be unique across the admin
and IO queues, else the firmware crashes with
"duplicate tag error for tag N", with N being the tag.
Apply the existing workaround for M1 of reserving two tags for the admin
queue to A11. |
