CVE-2026-31749 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: comedi: ni_atmio16d: Fix invalid clean-up after failed attach If the driver's COMEDI "attach" handler function (`atmio16d_attach()`) returns an error, the COMEDI core will call the driver's "detach" handler function (`atmio16d_detach()`) to clean up. This calls `reset_atmio16d()` unconditionally, but depending on where the error occurred in the attach handler, the device may not have been sufficiently initialized to call `reset_atmio16d()`. It uses `dev->iobase` as the I/O port base address and `dev->private` as the pointer to the COMEDI device's private data structure. `dev->iobase` may still be set to its initial value of 0, which would result in undesired writes to low I/O port addresses. `dev->private` may still be `NULL`, which would result in null pointer dereferences. Fix `atmio16d_detach()` by checking that `dev->private` is valid (non-null) before calling `reset_atmio16d()`. This implies that `dev->iobase` was set correctly since that is set up before `dev->private`.
CVE-2026-31750 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: comedi: runflags cannot determine whether to reclaim chanlist syzbot reported a memory leak [1], because commit 4e1da516debb ("comedi: Add reference counting for Comedi command handling") did not consider the exceptional exit case in do_cmd_ioctl() where runflags is not set. This caused chanlist not to be properly freed by do_become_nonbusy(), as it only frees chanlist when runflags is correctly set. Added a check in do_become_nonbusy() for the case where runflags is not set, to properly free the chanlist memory. CVE-2026-31751 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 4.7 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: comedi: dt2815: add hardware detection to prevent crash The dt2815 driver crashes when attached to I/O ports without actual hardware present. This occurs because syzkaller or users can attach the driver to arbitrary I/O addresses via COMEDI_DEVCONFIG ioctl. When no hardware exists at the specified port, inb() operations return 0xff (floating bus), but outb() operations can trigger page faults due to undefined behavior, especially under race conditions: BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: 000000007fffff90 #PF: supervisor write access in kernel mode #PF: error_code(0x0002) - not-present page RIP: 0010:dt2815_attach+0x6e0/0x1110 Add hardware detection by reading the status register before attempting any write operations. If the read returns 0xff, assume no hardware is present and fail the attach with -ENODEV. This prevents crashes from outb() operations on non-existent hardware.

CVE-2026-31738 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vxlan: validate ND option lengths in vxlan_na_create vxlan_na_create() walks ND options according to option-provided lengths. A malformed option can make the parser advance beyond the computed option span or use a too-short source LLADDR option payload. Validate option lengths against the remaining NS option area before advancing, and only read source LLADDR when the option is large enough for an Ethernet address.

CVE-2026-2741 1 Vaadin 2 Flow, Vaadin 2026-05-07 6.8 Medium
Specially crafted ZIP archives can escape the intended extraction directory during Node.js download and extraction in Vaadin 14.2.0 through 14.14.0, 15.0.0 through 23.6.6, 24.0.0 through 24.9.8, and 25.0.0 through 25.0.2. Vaadin’s build process can automatically download and extract Node.js if it is not installed locally. If an attacker can intercept or control this download via DNS hijacking, a MITM attack, a compromised mirror, or a supply chain attack, they can serve a malicious archive containing path traversal sequences that write files outside the intended extraction directory. Users of affected versions should use a globally preinstalled Node.js version compatible with their Vaadin version, or upgrade as follows: 14.2.0-14.14.0 to 14.14.1, 15.0.0-23.6.6 to 23.6.7, 24.0.0-24.9.8 to 24.9.9, and 25.0.0-25.0.2 to 25.0.3 or newer. Please note that Vaadin versions 10-13 and 15-22 are no longer supported and you should update either to the latest 14, 23, 24, 25 version.
CVE-2026-2742 1 Vaadin 2 Flow, Vaadin 2026-05-07 5.3 Medium
An authentication bypass vulnerability exists in Vaadin 14.0.0 through 14.14.0, 23.0.0 through 23.6.6, 24.0.0 through 24.9.7 and 25.0.0 through 25.0.1, applications using Spring Security due to inconsistent path pattern matching of reserved framework paths. Accessing the /VAADIN endpoint without a trailing slash bypasses security filters, and allowing unauthenticated users to trigger framework initialization and create sessions without proper authorization. Users of affected versions using Spring Security should upgrade as follows: 14.0.0-14.14.0 upgrade to 14.14.1, 23.0.0-23.6.6 to 23.6.7, 24.0.0 - 24.9.7 to 24.9.8, and 25.0.0-25.0.1 upgrade to 25.0.2 or newer. Please note that Vaadin versions 10-13 and 15-22 are no longer supported and you should update either to the latest 14, 23, 24, 25 version.
CVE-2026-31460 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: check if ext_caps is valid in BL setup LVDS connectors don't have extended backlight caps so check if the pointer is valid before accessing it. (cherry picked from commit 3f797396d7f4eb9bb6eded184bbc6f033628a6f6)
CVE-2026-30964 2 Spomky-labs, Web-auth 6 Webauthn-lib, Webauthn-symfony-bundle, Webauthn Framwork and 3 more 2026-05-07 5.4 Medium
web-auth/webauthn-lib is an open source set of PHP libraries and a Symfony bundle to allow developers to integrate that authentication mechanism into their web applications. Prior to 5.2.4, when allowed_origins is configured, CheckAllowedOrigins reduces URL-like values to their host component and accepts on host match alone. This makes exact origin policies impossible to express: scheme and port differences are silently ignored. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.2.4.
CVE-2026-31461 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Fix drm_edid leak in amdgpu_dm [WHAT] When a sink is connected, aconnector->drm_edid was overwritten without freeing the previous allocation, causing a memory leak on resume. [HOW] Free the previous drm_edid before updating it. (cherry picked from commit 52024a94e7111366141cfc5d888b2ef011f879e5)
CVE-2026-3911 1 Redhat 2 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak 2026-05-07 2.7 Low
A flaw was found in Keycloak. An authenticated user with the view-users role could exploit a vulnerability in the UserResource component. CVE-2026-37554 1 Riebl 1 Vanetza 2026-05-07 7.5 High
An issue was discovered in Vanetza V2X v26.02 allowing remote unauthorized attackers to cause a denial of service. The vulnerability exists in the GeoNetworking packet processing pipeline where OpenSSL exceptions from ECC point validation (invalid compressed point, point not on curve) are not properly caught by the Router::indicate() call chain. The openssl_wrapper.cpp check() function (line 19) throws openssl::Exception when OpenSSL operations fail. The parser's catch block in parse_secured() should catch these, but the exception escapes through subsequent processing stages (indicate_common, indicate_extended). This causes std::terminate, crashing the V2X receiver.
CVE-2026-7322 1 Mozilla 2 Firefox, Thunderbird 2026-05-07 7.3 High
Memory safety bugs present in Thunderbird ESR 140.10.0 and Thunderbird 150.0.0. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.1, Firefox ESR 140.10.1, Firefox ESR 115.35.1, Thunderbird 150.0.1, and Thunderbird 140.10.1.
CVE-2026-43054 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: target: tcm_loop: Drain commands in target_reset handler tcm_loop_target_reset() violates the SCSI EH contract: it returns SUCCESS without draining any in-flight commands. The SCSI EH documentation (scsi_eh.rst) requires that when a reset handler returns SUCCESS the driver has made lower layers "forget about timed out scmds" and is ready for new commands. Every other SCSI LLD (virtio_scsi, mpt3sas, ipr, scsi_debug, mpi3mr) enforces this by draining or completing outstanding commands before returning SUCCESS. Because tcm_loop_target_reset() doesn't drain, the SCSI EH reuses in-flight scsi_cmnd structures for recovery commands (e.g. TUR) while the target core still has async completion work queued for the old se_cmd. The memset in queuecommand zeroes se_lun and lun_ref_active, causing transport_lun_remove_cmd() to skip its percpu_ref_put(). The leaked LUN reference prevents transport_clear_lun_ref() from completing, hanging configfs LUN unlink forever in D-state: INFO: task rm:264 blocked for more than 122 seconds. rm D 0 264 258 0x00004000 Call Trace: __schedule+0x3d0/0x8e0 schedule+0x36/0xf0 transport_clear_lun_ref+0x78/0x90 [target_core_mod] core_tpg_remove_lun+0x28/0xb0 [target_core_mod] target_fabric_port_unlink+0x50/0x60 [target_core_mod] configfs_unlink+0x156/0x1f0 [configfs] vfs_unlink+0x109/0x290 do_unlinkat+0x1d5/0x2d0 Fix this by making tcm_loop_target_reset() actually drain commands: 1. Issue TMR_LUN_RESET via tcm_loop_issue_tmr() to drain all commands that the target core knows about (those not yet CMD_T_COMPLETE). 2. Use blk_mq_tagset_busy_iter() to iterate all started requests and flush_work() on each se_cmd — this drains any deferred completion work for commands that already had CMD_T_COMPLETE set before the TMR (which the TMR skips via __target_check_io_state()). This is the same pattern used by mpi3mr, scsi_debug, and libsas to drain outstanding commands during reset.
CVE-2026-31465 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: writeback: don't block sync for filesystems with no data integrity guarantees Add a SB_I_NO_DATA_INTEGRITY superblock flag for filesystems that cannot guarantee data persistence on sync (eg fuse). For superblocks with this flag set, sync kicks off writeback of dirty inodes but does not wait for the flusher threads to complete the writeback. This replaces the per-inode AS_NO_DATA_INTEGRITY mapping flag added in commit f9a49aa302a0 ("fs/writeback: skip AS_NO_DATA_INTEGRITY mappings in wait_sb_inodes()"). The flag belongs at the superblock level because data integrity is a filesystem-wide property, not a per-inode one. Having this flag at the superblock level also allows us to skip having to iterate every dirty inode in wait_sb_inodes() only to skip each inode individually. Prior to this commit, mappings with no data integrity guarantees skipped waiting on writeback completion but still waited on the flusher threads to finish initiating the writeback. Waiting on the flusher threads is unnecessary. This commit kicks off writeback but does not wait on the flusher threads. This change properly addresses a recent report [1] for a suspend-to-RAM hang seen on fuse-overlayfs that was caused by waiting on the flusher threads to finish: Workqueue: pm_fs_sync pm_fs_sync_work_fn Call Trace: <TASK> __schedule+0x457/0x1720 schedule+0x27/0xd0 wb_wait_for_completion+0x97/0xe0 sync_inodes_sb+0xf8/0x2e0 __iterate_supers+0xdc/0x160 ksys_sync+0x43/0xb0 pm_fs_sync_work_fn+0x17/0xa0 process_one_work+0x193/0x350 worker_thread+0x1a1/0x310 kthread+0xfc/0x240 ret_from_fork+0x243/0x280 ret_from_fork_asm+0x1a/0x30 </TASK> On fuse this is problematic because there are paths that may cause the flusher thread to block (eg if systemd freezes the user session cgroups first, which freezes the fuse daemon, before invoking the kernel suspend. The kernel suspend triggers ->write_node() which on fuse issues a synchronous setattr request, which cannot be processed since the daemon is frozen. Or if the daemon is buggy and cannot properly complete writeback, initiating writeback on a dirty folio already under writeback leads to writeback_get_folio() -> folio_prepare_writeback() -> unconditional wait on writeback to finish, which will cause a hang). This commit restores fuse to its prior behavior before tmp folios were removed, where sync was essentially a no-op. CVE-2026-43050 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-07 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: atm: lec: fix use-after-free in sock_def_readable() A race condition exists between lec_atm_close() setting priv->lecd to NULL and concurrent access to priv->lecd in send_to_lecd(), lec_handle_bridge(), and lec_atm_send(). When the socket is freed via RCU while another thread is still using it, a use-after-free occurs in sock_def_readable() when accessing the socket's wait queue. The root cause is that lec_atm_close() clears priv->lecd without any synchronization, while callers dereference priv->lecd without any protection against concurrent teardown. Fix this by converting priv->lecd to an RCU-protected pointer: - Mark priv->lecd as __rcu in lec.h - Use rcu_assign_pointer() in lec_atm_close() and lecd_attach() for safe pointer assignment - Use rcu_access_pointer() for NULL checks that do not dereference the pointer in lec_start_xmit(), lec_push(), send_to_lecd() and lecd_attach() - Use rcu_read_lock/rcu_dereference/rcu_read_unlock in send_to_lecd(), lec_handle_bridge() and lec_atm_send() to safely access lecd - Use rcu_assign_pointer() followed by synchronize_rcu() in lec_atm_close() to ensure all readers have completed before proceeding. This is safe since lec_atm_close() is called from vcc_release() which holds lock_sock(), a sleeping lock. - Remove the manual sk_receive_queue drain from lec_atm_close() since vcc_destroy_socket() already drains it after lec_atm_close() returns. v2: Switch from spinlock + sock_hold/put approach to RCU to properly fix the race. The v1 spinlock approach had two issues pointed out by Eric Dumazet: 1. priv->lecd was still accessed directly after releasing the lock instead of using a local copy. 2. The spinlock did not prevent packets being queued after lec_atm_close() drains sk_receive_queue since timer and workqueue paths bypass netif_stop_queue(). Note: Syzbot patch testing was attempted but the test VM terminated unexpectedly with "Connection to localhost closed by remote host", likely due to a QEMU AHCI emulation issue unrelated to this fix. Compile testing with "make W=1 net/atm/lec.o" passes cleanly.
CVE-2026-3862 1 Broadcom 2 Siteminder, Symantec Siteminder 2026-05-07 4.8 Medium
Cross-site Scripting (XSS) allows an attacker to submit specially crafted data to the application which is returned unaltered in the resulting web page.
