CVE-2019-19507 1 Json Pattern Validator Project 1 Json Pattern Validator 2024-11-21 5.3 Medium
In jpv (aka Json Pattern Validator) before 2.1.1, compareCommon() can be bypassed because certain internal attributes can be overwritten via a conflicting name, as demonstrated by 'constructor': {'name':'Array'}. This affects validate(). Hence, a crafted payload can overwrite this builtin attribute to manipulate the type detection result.
CVE-2019-19234 2 Redhat, Sudo 2 Enterprise Linux, Sudo 2024-11-21 7.5 High
In Sudo through 1.8.29, the fact that a user has been blocked (e.g., by using the ! character in the shadow file instead of a password hash) is not considered, allowing an attacker (who has access to a Runas ALL sudoer account) to impersonate any blocked user. NOTE: The software maintainer believes that this CVE is not valid. Disabling local password authentication for a user is not the same as disabling all access to that user--the user may still be able to login via other means (ssh key, kerberos, etc). Both the Linux shadow(5) and passwd(1) manuals are clear on this. Indeed it is a valid use case to have local accounts that are _only_ accessible via sudo and that cannot be logged into with a password. Sudo 1.8.30 added an optional setting to check the _shell_ of the target user (not the encrypted password!) against the contents of /etc/shells but that is not the same thing as preventing access to users with an invalid password hash
CVE-2019-19232 2 Redhat, Sudo 2 Enterprise Linux, Sudo 2024-11-21 7.5 High
In Sudo through 1.8.29, an attacker with access to a Runas ALL sudoer account can impersonate a nonexistent user by invoking sudo with a numeric uid that is not associated with any user. NOTE: The software maintainer believes that this is not a vulnerability because running a command via sudo as a user not present in the local password database is an intentional feature. Because this behavior surprised some users, sudo 1.8.30 introduced an option to enable/disable this behavior with the default being disabled. However, this does not change the fact that sudo was behaving as intended, and as documented, in earlier versions
CVE-2019-19118 2 Djangoproject, Fedoraproject 2 Django, Fedora 2024-11-21 6.5 Medium
Django 2.1 before 2.1.15 and 2.2 before 2.2.8 allows unintended model editing. A Django model admin displaying inline related models, where the user has view-only permissions to a parent model but edit permissions to the inline model, would be presented with an editing UI, allowing POST requests, for updating the inline model. Directly editing the view-only parent model was not possible, but the parent model's save() method was called, triggering potential side effects, and causing pre and post-save signal handlers to be invoked. (To resolve this, the Django admin is adjusted to require edit permissions on the parent model in order for inline models to be editable.)
CVE-2019-19104 2 Abb, Busch-jaeger 4 Tg\/s3.2, Tg\/s3.2 Firmware, 6186\/11 and 1 more 2024-11-21 9.1 Critical

CVE-2019-18827 1 Barco 8 Clickshare Cs-100, Clickshare Cs-100 Firmware, Clickshare Cse-200 and 5 more 2024-11-21 5.9 Medium
On Barco ClickShare Button R9861500D01 devices (before firmware version 1.9.0) JTAG access is disabled after ROM code execution. This means that JTAG access is possible when the system is running code from ROM before handing control over to embedded firmware.
CVE-2019-18823 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Wisc 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Htcondor 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
HTCondor up to and including stable series 8.8.6 and development series 8.9.4 has Incorrect Access Control. It is possible to use a different authentication method to submit a job than the administrator has specified. If the administrator has configured the READ or WRITE methods to include CLAIMTOBE, then it is possible to impersonate another user to the condor_schedd. (For example to submit or remove jobs)
CVE-2019-18802 2 Envoyproxy, Redhat 2 Envoy, Service Mesh 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
An issue was discovered in Envoy 1.12.0. An untrusted remote client may send an HTTP header (such as Host) with whitespace after the header content. Envoy will treat "header-value " as a different string from "header-value" so for example with the Host header "example.com " one could bypass "example.com" matchers.
CVE-2019-18661 1 Fastweb 2 Fastgate, Fastgate Firmware 2024-11-21 7.5 High
Fastweb FASTGate 1.0.1b devices allow partial authentication bypass by changing a certain check_pwd return value from 0 to 1. An attack does not achieve administrative control of a device; however, the attacker can view all of the web pages of the administration console.

CVE-2019-18424 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Opensuse and 1 more 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Leap and 1 more 2024-11-21 6.8 Medium
An issue was discovered in Xen through 4.12.x allowing attackers to gain host OS privileges via DMA in a situation where an untrusted domain has access to a physical device. This occurs because passed through PCI devices may corrupt host memory after deassignment. When a PCI device is assigned to an untrusted domain, it is possible for that domain to program the device to DMA to an arbitrary address. The IOMMU is used to protect the host from malicious DMA by making sure that the device addresses can only target memory assigned to the guest. However, when the guest domain is torn down, or the device is deassigned, the device is assigned back to dom0, thus allowing any in-flight DMA to potentially target critical host data. An untrusted domain with access to a physical device can DMA into host memory, leading to privilege escalation. Only systems where guests are given direct access to physical devices capable of DMA (PCI pass-through) are vulnerable. Systems which do not use PCI pass-through are not vulnerable.
