| A flaw was found in rsync. It could allow a server to enumerate the contents of an arbitrary file from the client's machine. This issue occurs when files are being copied from a client to a server. During this process, the rsync server will send checksums of local data to the client to compare with in order to determine what data needs to be sent to the server. By sending specially constructed checksum values for arbitrary files, an attacker may be able to reconstruct the data of those files byte-by-byte based on the responses from the client. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: ipset: drop logically empty buckets in mtype_del
mtype_del() counts empty slots below n->pos in k, but it only drops the
bucket when both n->pos and k are zero. This misses buckets whose live
entries have all been removed while n->pos still points past deleted slots.
Treat a bucket as empty when all positions below n->pos are unused and
release it directly instead of shrinking it further. |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, the gateway's /api/approval/allow-list endpoint permits unauthenticated modification of the tool approval allowlist when no auth_token is configured (the default). By adding dangerous tool names (e.g., shell_exec, file_write) to the allowlist, an attacker can cause the ExecApprovalManager to auto-approve all future agent invocations of those tools, bypassing the human-in-the-loop safety mechanism that the approval system is specifically designed to enforce. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ksmbd: unset conn->binding on failed binding request
When a multichannel SMB2_SESSION_SETUP request with
SMB2_SESSION_REQ_FLAG_BINDING fails ksmbd sets conn->binding = true
but never clears it on the error path. This leaves the connection in
a binding state where all subsequent ksmbd_session_lookup_all() calls
fall back to the global sessions table. This fix it by clearing
conn->binding = false in the error path. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
udp_tunnel: fix NULL deref caused by udp_sock_create6 when CONFIG_IPV6=n
When CONFIG_IPV6 is disabled, the udp_sock_create6() function returns 0
(success) without actually creating a socket. Callers such as
fou_create() then proceed to dereference the uninitialized socket
pointer, resulting in a NULL pointer dereference.

This patch makes udp_sock_create6 return -EPFNOSUPPORT instead, so
callers correctly take their error paths. There is only one caller of
the vulnerable function and only privileged users can trigger it. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
dpaa2-switch: Fix interrupt storm after receiving bad if_id in IRQ handler
Commit 31a7a0bbeb00 ("dpaa2-switch: add bounds check for if_id in IRQ
handler") introduces a range check for if_id to avoid an out-of-bounds
access. If an out-of-bounds if_id is detected, the interrupt status is
not cleared. This may result in an interrupt storm.
Clear the interrupt status after detecting an out-of-bounds if_id to avoid
the problem.
Found by an experimental AI code review agent at Google. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/vmwgfx: Return the correct value in vmw_translate_ptr functions
Before the referenced fixes these functions used a lookup function that
returned a pointer. This was changed to another lookup function that
returned an error code with the pointer becoming an out parameter.
The error path when the lookup failed was not changed to reflect this
change and the code continued to return the PTR_ERR of the now
uninitialized pointer. This could cause the vmw_translate_ptr functions
to return success when they actually failed causing further uninitialized
and OOB accesses. |
| A flaw was found in libssh when using the ChaCha20 cipher with the OpenSSL library. If an attacker manages to exhaust the heap space, this error is not detected and may lead to libssh using a partially initialized cipher context. This occurs because the OpenSSL error code returned aliases with the SSH_OK code, resulting in libssh not properly detecting the error returned by the OpenSSL library. This issue can lead to undefined behavior, including compromised data confidentiality and integrity or crashes. |
| Ollama 0.11.5-rc0 through current version 0.13.5 contain a null pointer dereference vulnerability in the multi-modal model image processing functionality. When processing base64-encoded image data via the /api/chat endpoint, the application fails to validate that the decoded data represents valid media before passing it to the mtmd_helper_bitmap_init_from_buf function. This function can return NULL for malformed input, but the code does not check this return value before dereferencing the pointer in subsequent operations. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending specially crafted base64 image data that decodes to invalid media, causing a segmentation fault and crashing the runner process. This results in a denial of service condition where the model becomes unavailable to all users until the service is restarted. |

| A vulnerability in the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) subsystem of Cisco IOS Software running on certain models of Cisco Catalyst Switches could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition, aka a GET MIB Object ID Denial of Service Vulnerability. The vulnerability is due to a condition that could occur when the affected software processes an SNMP read request that contains a request for the ciscoFlashMIB object ID (OID). An attacker could trigger this vulnerability by issuing an SNMP GET request for the ciscoFlashMIB OID on an affected device. A successful exploit could cause the affected device to restart due to a SYS-3-CPUHOG. | A vulnerability in the implementation of Network Address Translation (NAT) functionality in Cisco IOS 12.4 through 15.6 could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to the improper translation of H.323 messages that use the Registration, Admission, and Status (RAS) protocol and are sent to an affected device via IPv4 packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted H.323 RAS packet through an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the affected device to crash and reload, resulting in a DoS condition. This vulnerability affects Cisco devices that are configured to use an application layer gateway with NAT (NAT ALG) for H.323 RAS messages. By default, a NAT ALG is enabled for H.323 RAS messages. | A vulnerability in the Smart Install feature of Cisco IOS Software and Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to trigger a reload of an affected device, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. The vulnerability is due to improper validation of packet data. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted packet to an affected device on TCP port 4786.
