CVSS v3.1 |
| For a brief summary of Xapi terminology, see:
https://xapi-project.github.io/xen-api/overview.html#object-model-overview
Xapi contains functionality to backup and restore metadata about Virtual
Machines and Storage Repositories (SRs).
The metadata itself is stored in a Virtual Disk Image (VDI) inside an
SR. This is used for two purposes; a general backup of metadata
(e.g. to recover from a host failure if the filer is still good), and
Portable SRs (e.g. using an external hard drive to move VMs to another
host).
Metadata is only restored as an explicit administrator action, but
occurs in cases where the host has no information about the SR, and must
locate the metadata VDI in order to retrieve the metadata.
The metadata VDI is located by searching (in UUID alphanumeric order)
each VDI, mounting it, and seeing if there is a suitable metadata file
present. The first matching VDI is deemed to be the metadata VDI, and
is restored from.
In the general case, the content of VDIs are controlled by the VM owner,
and should not be trusted by the host administrator.
A malicious guest can manipulate its disk to appear to be a metadata
backup.
A guest cannot choose the UUIDs of its VDIs, but a guest with one disk
has a 50% chance of sorting ahead of the legitimate metadata backup. A
guest with two disks has a 75% chance, etc. |
| A vulnerability was detected in JeecgBoot up to 3.9.0. This issue affects the function queryPageList of the file /sys/sysDepartRole/list. The manipulation of the argument deptId results in improper authorization. The attack can be executed remotely. A high complexity level is associated with this attack. The exploitability is assessed as difficult. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in code-projects Refugee Food Management System 1.0. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /home/editrefugee.php. The manipulation of the argument rfid results in sql injection. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be exploited. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipv6: fix possible infinite loop in fib6_info_uses_dev()
fib6_info_uses_dev() seems to rely on RCU without an explicit
protection.
Like the prior fix in rt6_nlmsg_size(),
we need to make sure fib6_del_route() or fib6_add_rt2node()
have not removed the anchor from the list, or we risk an infinite loop. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipv6: prevent infinite loop in rt6_nlmsg_size()
While testing prior patch, I was able to trigger
an infinite loop in rt6_nlmsg_size() in the following place:
list_for_each_entry_rcu(sibling, &f6i->fib6_siblings,
fib6_siblings) {
rt6_nh_nlmsg_size(sibling->fib6_nh, &nexthop_len);
}
This is because fib6_del_route() and fib6_add_rt2node()
uses list_del_rcu(), which can confuse rcu readers,
because they might no longer see the head of the list.
Restart the loop if f6i->fib6_nsiblings is zero. |
| A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in mccutchen httpbin v2.17.1 allows attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML via a crafted payload. |
| A vulnerability has been found in code-projects Simple Leave Manager 1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /request.php. Such manipulation of the argument staff_id leads to sql injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Bdtask Wholesale Inventory Control and Inventory Management System up to 20251013. This impacts an unknown function of the file /Admin_dashboard/edit_profile. Such manipulation of the argument first_name/last_name leads to sql injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A flaw has been found in code-projects Student Information System 2.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /index.php. Executing manipulation of the argument Username can lead to sql injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. |
| A vulnerability was detected in code-projects Student Information System 2.0. This affects an unknown part of the file /searchquery.php. Performing manipulation of the argument s results in sql injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit is now public and may be used. |
| A vulnerability was found in itsourcecode Inventory Management System 1.0. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /index.php?q=product. Performing manipulation of the argument PROID results in sql injection. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| A vulnerability was identified in code-projects Student File Management System 1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /download.php. The manipulation of the argument istore_id leads to sql injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. |
| Misskey is an open source, federated social media platform. Starting in version 13.0.0-beta.16 and prior to version 2025.12.0, an actor who does not have permission to view favorites or clips can can export the posts and view the contents. Version 2025.12.0 fixes the issue. |
| SQL Injection vulnerability in RuoYi v.4.7.9 and before allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the createTable function in SqlUtil.java. |
| Improper input handling in /Grocery/search_products_itname.php inPuneethReddyHC event-management 1.0 permits SQL injection via the sitem_name POST parameter. Crafted payloads can alter query logic and disclose database contents. Exploitation may result in sensitive data disclosure and backend compromise. |
| youlai-boot V2.21.1 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control. The getRoleForm function in SysRoleController.java does not perform permission checks, which may allow non-root users to directly access root roles. |
| youlai-boot V2.21.1 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control. The importUsers function in SysUserController.java does not perform a permission check on the current user's identity, which may allow regular users to import user data into the database, resulting in an authorization bypass vulnerability. |
| phpMyFAQ is an open source FAQ web application. Prior to version 4.0.14, an authenticated SQL injection vulnerability in the main configuration update functionality of phpMyFAQ allows a privileged user with 'Configuration Edit' permissions to execute arbitrary SQL commands. Successful exploitation can lead to a full compromise of the database, including reading, modifying, or deleting all data, as well as potential remote code execution depending on the database configuration. This issue has been patched in version 4.0.14. |
| Pexip Infinity 15.0 through 38.0 before 38.1 has Improper Access Control in the Secure Scheduler for Exchange service, when used with Office 365 Legacy Exchange Tokens. This allows a remote attacker to read potentially sensitive data and excessively consume resources, leading to a denial of service. |
| Unlike 32-bit PV guests, HVM guests may switch freely between 64-bit and
other modes. This in particular means that they may set registers used
to pass 32-bit-mode hypercall arguments to values outside of the range
32-bit code would be able to set them to.
When processing of hypercalls takes a considerable amount of time,
the hypervisor may choose to invoke a hypercall continuation. Doing so
involves putting (perhaps updated) hypercall arguments in respective
registers. For guests not running in 64-bit mode this further involves
a certain amount of translation of the values.
Unfortunately internal sanity checking of these translated values
assumes high halves of registers to always be clear when invoking a
hypercall. When this is found not to be the case, it triggers a
consistency check in the hypervisor and causes a crash.
