CVSS v3.1 |
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Inductive Automation Ignition 8.1.15 (b2022030114). Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the authenticateAdSso method. The issue results from the lack of authentication prior to allowing the execution of python code. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of SYSTEM. Was ZDI-CAN-17206.
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Inductive Automation Ignition 8.1.15 (b2022030114). Although authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability, the existing authentication mechanism can be bypassed. The specific flaw exists within com.inductiveautomation.metro.impl. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in deserialization of untrusted data. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of SYSTEM. Was ZDI-CAN-17265.
pyenv 1.2.24 through 2.3.2 allows local users to gain privileges via a .python-version file in the current working directory. An attacker can craft a Python version string in .python-version to execute shims under their control. (Shims are executables that pass a command along to a specific version of pyenv. The version string is used to construct the path to the command, and there is no validation of whether the version specified is a valid version. Thus, relative path traversal can occur.)
The TEE_PopulateTransientObject and __utee_from_attr functions in Samsung mTower 0.3.0 allow a trusted application to trigger a memory overwrite, denial of service, and information disclosure by invoking the function TEE_PopulateTransientObject with a large number in the parameter attrCount.
An improper neutralization of input during web page generation vulnerability [CWE-79] in FortiADC management interface 7.1.0 may allow a remote and authenticated attacker to trigger a stored cross site scripting (XSS) attack via configuring a specially crafted IP Address.
An improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts vulnerability [CWE-307] in FortiTester Telnet port 2.3.0 through 3.9.1, 4.0.0 through 4.2.0, 7.0.0 through 7.1.0 may allow an unauthenticated attacker to guess the credentials of an admin user via a brute force attack.
Multiple improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerabilities [CWE-78] in FortiTester 7.1.0, 7.0 all versions, 4.0.0 through 4.2.0, 2.3.0 through 3.9.1 may allow an authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands in the underlying shell.
An authentication bypass by assumed-immutable data vulnerability [CWE-302] in the FortiOS SSH login component 7.2.0, 7.0.0 through 7.0.7, 6.4.0 through 6.4.9, 6.2 all versions, 6.0 all versions and FortiProxy SSH login component 7.0.0 through 7.0.5, 2.0.0 through 2.0.10, 1.2.0 all versions may allow a remote and unauthenticated attacker to login into the device via sending specially crafted Access-Challenge response from the Radius server.
In BIG-IP Versions 16.1.x before 16.1.3.1, 15.1.x before 15.1.6.1, 14.1.x before 14.1.5.1, and all versions of 13.1.x, an authenticated attacker with Resource Administrator or Manager privileges can create or modify existing monitor objects in the Configuration utility in an undisclosed manner leading to a privilege escalation. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.
'Hulu / フールー' App for Android from version 3.0.47 to the version prior to 3.1.2 uses a hard-coded API key for an external service. By exploiting this vulnerability, API key for an external service may be obtained by analyzing data in the app.
In BIG-IP Versions 17.0.x before 17.0.0.1, 16.1.x before 16.1.3.1, 15.1.x before 15.1.6.1, 14.1.x before 14.1.5.1, and all versions of 13.1.x, and BIG-IQ version 8.x before 8.2.0 and all versions of 7.x, an authenticated user's iControl REST token may remain valid for a limited time after logging out from the Configuration utility. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.
It is possible to provide data to be read that leads the reader to loop in cycles endlessly, consuming CPU. This issue affects Rust applications using Apache Avro Rust SDK prior to 0.14.0 (previously known as avro-rs). Users should update to apache-avro version 0.14.0 which addresses this issue.
Adobe Acrobat Reader version 22.001.20085 (and earlier), 20.005.30314 (and earlier) and 17.012.30205 (and earlier) are affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability when parsing a crafted file, which could result in a read past the end of an allocated memory structure. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
The vulnerability was found in Moodle, occurs due to input validation error when importing lesson questions. This insufficient path checks results in arbitrary file read risk. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks. The capability to access this feature is only available to teachers, managers and admins by default.
IBM Sterling Partner Engagement Manager 6.1, 6.2, and Cloud 22.2 do not limit the length of a connection which could cause the server to become unresponsive. IBM X-Force ID: 230932.
In Nordic nRF5 SDK for Mesh 5.0, a heap overflow vulnerability can be triggered by sending a series of segmented packets with SegO > SegN
In Nordic nRF5 SDK for Mesh 5.0, a heap overflow vulnerability can be triggered by sending a series of segmented control packets and access packets with the same SeqAuth
Penta Security Systems Inc WAPPLES 4.0.*, 5.0.0.*, 5.0.12.* are vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control. The operating system that WAPPLES runs on has a built-in non-privileged user penta with a predefined password. The password for this user, as well as its existence, is not disclosed in the documentation. Knowing the credentials, attackers can use this feature to gain uncontrolled access to the device and therefore are considered an undocumented possibility for remote control.
On Linksys E5350 WiFi Router with firmware version 1.0.00.037 and lower, (and potentially other vendors/devices due to code reuse), the /SysInfo.htm URI does not require a session ID. This web page calls a show_sysinfo function which retrieves WPA passwords, SSIDs, MAC Addresses, serial numbers, WPS Pins, and hardware/firmware versions, and prints this information into the web page. This web page is visible when remote management is enabled. A user who has access to the web interface of the device can extract these secrets. If the device has remote management enabled and is connected directly to the internet, this vulnerability is exploitable over the internet without interaction.
A stack overflow vulnerability exists in /goform/WifiMacFilterSet in Tenda W6 V1.0.0.9(4122) version, which can be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service (DoS) via the index parameter.
