CVSS v3.1 |
In thermal_cooling_device_stats_update of thermal_sysfs.c, there is a possible out of bounds write due to improper input validation. This could lead to local escalation of privilege in the kernel with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android kernelAndroid ID: A-229258234References: N/A
In (TBD) of (TBD), there is a possible way to corrupt kernel memory due to a use after free. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android kernelAndroid ID: A-220738351References: Upstream kernel
url.c in GNU Wget through 1.24.5 mishandles semicolons in the userinfo subcomponent of a URI, and thus there may be insecure behavior in which data that was supposed to be in the userinfo subcomponent is misinterpreted to be part of the host subcomponent.
In multiple functions of AdapterService.java, there is a possible way to manipulate Bluetooth state due to a missing permission check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android-13Android ID: A-240301753
The Salsa20 encryption algorithm in the Linux kernel before 4.14.8 does not correctly handle zero-length inputs, allowing a local attacker able to use the AF_ALG-based skcipher interface (CONFIG_CRYPTO_USER_API_SKCIPHER) to cause a denial of service (uninitialized-memory free and kernel crash) or have unspecified other impact by executing a crafted sequence of system calls that use the blkcipher_walk API. Both the generic implementation (crypto/salsa20_generic.c) and x86 implementation (arch/x86/crypto/salsa20_glue.c) of Salsa20 were vulnerable.
An issue was discovered in Pivotal Spring Security before 3.2.10, 4.1.x before 4.1.4, and 4.2.x before 4.2.1. Spring Security does not consider URL path parameters when processing security constraints. By adding a URL path parameter with an encoded "/" to a request, an attacker may be able to bypass a security constraint. The root cause of this issue is a lack of clarity regarding the handling of path parameters in the Servlet Specification. Some Servlet containers include path parameters in the value returned for getPathInfo() and some do not. Spring Security uses the value returned by getPathInfo() as part of the process of mapping requests to security constraints. The unexpected presence of path parameters can cause a constraint to be bypassed. Users of Apache Tomcat (all current versions) are not affected by this vulnerability since Tomcat follows the guidance previously provided by the Servlet Expert group and strips path parameters from the value returned by getContextPath(), getServletPath(), and getPathInfo(). Users of other Servlet containers based on Apache Tomcat may or may not be affected depending on whether or not the handling of path parameters has been modified. Users of IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.x are known to be affected. Users of other containers that implement the Servlet specification may be affected.
Vulnerability in the Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics component of Oracle Hospitality Applications (subcomponent: Report). Supported versions that are affected are 8.5.1 and 9.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 8.2 (Confidentiality and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:L).
Vulnerability in the Oracle iStore component of Oracle E-Business Suite (subcomponent: User Registration). Supported versions that are affected are 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.1.3, 12.2.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5 and 12.2.6. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle iStore. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle iStore, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle iStore accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle iStore accessible data. CVSS 3.0 Base Score 8.2 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N).
Exim supports the use of multiple "-p" command line arguments which are malloc()'ed and never free()'ed, used in conjunction with other issues allows attackers to cause arbitrary code execution. This affects exim version 4.89 and earlier. Please note that at this time upstream has released a patch (commit 65e061b76867a9ea7aeeb535341b790b90ae6c21), but it is not known if a new point release is available that addresses this issue at this time.
Windows DVD Maker in Windows 7 SP1, Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, and Windows Vista SP2 does not properly parse crafted .msdvd files, which allows attackers to obtain information to compromise a target system, aka "Windows DVD Maker Cross-Site Request Forgery Vulnerability."
Xen through 4.7.x allows local ARM guest OS users to cause a denial of service (host panic) by sending an asynchronous abort.
Heap-based buffer overflow in the flx_decode_delta_fli function in gst/flx/gstflxdec.c in the FLIC decoder in GStreamer before 1.10.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (application crash) via the start_line parameter.
The jpc_bitstream_getbits function in jpc_bs.c in JasPer before 2.0.10 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (assertion failure) via a very large integer.
Integer overflow in the jpc_dec_process_siz function in libjasper/jpc/jpc_dec.c in JasPer before 1.900.13 allows remote attackers to have unspecified impact via a crafted file, which triggers an assertion failure.
The x86 emulator in Xen does not properly treat x86 NULL segments as unusable when accessing memory, which might allow local HVM guest users to gain privileges via vectors involving "unexpected" base/limit values.
The GeoNetworking parser in tcpdump before 4.9.0 has a buffer overflow in print-geonet.c, multiple functions.
The MPLS parser in tcpdump before 4.9.0 has a buffer overflow in print-mpls.c:mpls_print().
libreswan before 3.18 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and pluto daemon restart).
The DrawDashPolygon function in magick/render.c in GraphicsMagick before 1.3.24 and the SVG renderer in ImageMagick allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) by converting a circularly defined SVG file.
The pulp-qpid-ssl-cfg script in Pulp before 2.8.5 allows local users to obtain the CA key.
