CVE-2022-43548 | 3 Debian, Nodejs, Redhat | 5 Debian Linux, Node.js, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2024-08-03 | 8.1 High |
A OS Command Injection vulnerability exists in Node.js versions <14.21.1, <16.18.1, <18.12.1, <19.0.1 due to an insufficient IsAllowedHost check that can easily be bypassed because IsIPAddress does not properly check if an IP address is invalid before making DBS requests allowing rebinding attacks. The fix for this issue in https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2022-32212 was incomplete and this new CVE is to complete the fix.

A sandbox bypass vulnerability involving various casts performed implicitly by the Groovy language runtime in Jenkins Pipeline: Groovy Plugin 2802.v5ea_628154b_c2 and earlier allows attackers with permission to define and run sandboxed scripts, including Pipelines, to bypass the sandbox protection and execute arbitrary code in the context of the Jenkins controller JVM.
CVE-2022-43405 | 2 Jenkins, Redhat | 3 Groovy Libraries, Ocp Tools, Openshift | 2024-08-03 | 9.9 Critical |
A sandbox bypass vulnerability in Jenkins Pipeline: Groovy Libraries Plugin 612.v84da_9c54906d and earlier allows attackers with permission to define untrusted Pipeline libraries and to define and run sandboxed scripts, including Pipelines, to bypass the sandbox protection and execute arbitrary code in the context of the Jenkins controller JVM.
CVE-2022-43406 | 2 Jenkins, Redhat | 3 Groovy Libraries, Ocp Tools, Openshift | 2024-08-03 | 9.9 Critical |
A sandbox bypass vulnerability in Jenkins Pipeline: Deprecated Groovy Libraries Plugin 583.vf3b_454e43966 and earlier allows attackers with permission to define untrusted Pipeline libraries and to define and run sandboxed scripts, including Pipelines, to bypass the sandbox protection and execute arbitrary code in the context of the Jenkins controller JVM.
CVE-2022-43408 | 2 Jenkins, Redhat | 3 Pipeline\, Ocp Tools, Openshift | 2024-08-03 | 6.5 Medium |
Jenkins Pipeline: Stage View Plugin 2.26 and earlier does not correctly encode the ID of 'input' steps when using it to generate URLs to proceed or abort Pipeline builds, allowing attackers able to configure Pipelines to specify 'input' step IDs resulting in URLs that would bypass the CSRF protection of any target URL in Jenkins.
CVE-2022-43407 | 2 Jenkins, Redhat | 3 Pipeline\, Ocp Tools, Openshift | 2024-08-03 | 8.8 High |
Jenkins Pipeline: Input Step Plugin 451.vf1a_a_4f405289 and earlier does not restrict or sanitize the optionally specified ID of the 'input' step, which is used for the URLs that process user interactions for the given 'input' step (proceed or abort) and is not correctly encoded, allowing attackers able to configure Pipelines to have Jenkins build URLs from 'input' step IDs that would bypass the CSRF protection of any target URL in Jenkins when the 'input' step is interacted with.
CVE-2022-43410 | 2 Jenkins, Redhat | 2 Mercurial, Ocp Tools | 2024-08-03 | 5.3 Medium |
Jenkins Mercurial Plugin 1251.va_b_121f184902 and earlier provides information about which jobs were triggered or scheduled for polling through its webhook endpoint, including jobs the user has no permission to access.

CVE-2022-42929 | 2 Mozilla, Redhat | 6 Firefox, Firefox Esr, Thunderbird and 3 more | 2024-08-03 | 6.5 Medium |
If a website called `window.print()` in a particular way, it could cause a denial of service of the browser, which may persist beyond browser restart depending on the user's session restore settings. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 106, Firefox ESR < 102.4, and Thunderbird < 102.4.
CVE-2022-42927 | 2 Mozilla, Redhat | 6 Firefox, Firefox Esr, Thunderbird and 3 more | 2024-08-03 | 8.1 High |
A same-origin policy violation could have allowed the theft of cross-origin URL entries, leaking the result of a redirect, via `performance.getEntries()`. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 106, Firefox ESR < 102.4, and Thunderbird < 102.4.
CVE-2022-42932 | 2 Mozilla, Redhat | 6 Firefox, Firefox Esr, Thunderbird and 3 more | 2024-08-03 | 8.8 High |
Mozilla developers Ashley Hale and the Mozilla Fuzzing Team reported memory safety bugs present in Firefox 105 and Firefox ESR 102.3. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 106, Firefox ESR < 102.4, and Thunderbird < 102.4.
CVE-2022-42928 | 2 Mozilla, Redhat | 6 Firefox, Firefox Esr, Thunderbird and 3 more | 2024-08-03 | 8.8 High |
Certain types of allocations were missing annotations that, if the Garbage Collector was in a specific state, could have lead to memory corruption and a potentially exploitable crash. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 106, Firefox ESR < 102.4, and Thunderbird < 102.4.
CVE-2022-42920 | 3 Apache, Fedoraproject, Redhat | 10 Commons Bcel, Fedora, Amq Streams and 7 more | 2024-08-03 | 9.8 Critical |
Apache Commons BCEL has a number of APIs that would normally only allow changing specific class characteristics. However, due to an out-of-bounds writing issue, these APIs can be used to produce arbitrary bytecode. This could be abused in applications that pass attacker-controllable data to those APIs, giving the attacker more control over the resulting bytecode than otherwise expected. Update to Apache Commons BCEL 6.6.0.
CVE-2022-42896 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 8 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 5 more | 2024-08-03 | 8 High |
There are use-after-free vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel's net/bluetooth/l2cap_core.c's l2cap_connect and l2cap_le_connect_req functions which may allow code execution and leaking kernel memory (respectively) remotely via Bluetooth. A remote attacker could execute code leaking kernel memory via Bluetooth if within proximity of the victim. We recommend upgrading past commit https://www.google.com/url https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/711f8c3fb3db61897080468586b970c87c61d9e4 https://www.google.com/url
CVE-2022-42916 | 5 Apple, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 2 more | 5 Macos, Fedora, Curl and 2 more | 2024-08-03 | 7.5 High |
In curl before 7.86.0, the HSTS check could be bypassed to trick it into staying with HTTP. Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS directly (instead of using an insecure cleartext HTTP step) even when HTTP is provided in the URL. This mechanism could be bypassed if the host name in the given URL uses IDN characters that get replaced with ASCII counterparts as part of the IDN conversion, e.g., using the character UTF-8 U+3002 (IDEOGRAPHIC FULL STOP) instead of the common ASCII full stop of U+002E (.). The earliest affected version is 7.77.0 2021-05-26.
CVE-2022-42856 | 2 Apple, Redhat | 6 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 3 more | 2024-08-03 | 8.8 High |
A type confusion issue was addressed with improved state handling. This issue is fixed in Safari 16.2, tvOS 16.2, macOS Ventura 13.1, iOS 15.7.2 and iPadOS 15.7.2, iOS 16.1.2. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to arbitrary code execution. Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited against versions of iOS released before iOS 15.1..
CVE-2022-42915 | 6 Apple, Fedoraproject, Haxx and 3 more | 14 Macos, Fedora, Curl and 11 more | 2024-08-03 | 8.1 High |
curl before 7.86.0 has a double free. If curl is told to use an HTTP proxy for a transfer with a non-HTTP(S) URL, it sets up the connection to the remote server by issuing a CONNECT request to the proxy, and then tunnels the rest of the protocol through. An HTTP proxy might refuse this request (HTTP proxies often only allow outgoing connections to specific port numbers, like 443 for HTTPS) and instead return a non-200 status code to the client. Due to flaws in the error/cleanup handling, this could trigger a double free in curl if one of the following schemes were used in the URL for the transfer: dict, gopher, gophers, ldap, ldaps, rtmp, rtmps, or telnet. The earliest affected version is 7.77.0. |
